“This would be 5 stars if the AC hadn't kept us awake all night. The room itself was great, impeccably clean with all new upgrades. The staff were wonderful upon arrival, and they had a nice variety of breakfast food even with COVID restrictions in place. I appreciated the healthy options to select from. I would have loved to given Hampton Inn 5 glowing stars, but the AC in the room was beyond loud - so much so that it kept my entire family awake all night. I don't know if it was part of the refurbishment or not, but it sounded like the Inception horns. Everything else was perfect, though. We probably won't stay again due to the lack of sleep, but the rooms are very nice and the staff has excellent manners.”
