As duas senhoras brancas que estavam trabalhando na recepção foram extremamente rudes. Eu tinha ficado aqui por uma semana inteira e era uma senhora idosa e uma senhora de meia-idade. Eles estavam sendo pouco profissionais e cheiravam a cigarro. Pedi um curativo e eles disseram que vou te dar um e você pode comprar o resto que é extremamente inóspito. Eu tentei ir encher minha água na academia e ela veio correndo que você tem que ir mas água ou beber água da torneira. A água da torneira em Nevada é extremamente ruim para você e ela me forçou a beber porque eu não deveria pagar pela água. Muito ruim não recomendaria. A porta do quarto também nunca fechava totalmente, os edredons tinham pelos e o chuveiro só água fria. É um lugar horrível e eu escolheria um motel, então esta pousada Hampton

Esta análise é sobre o meu driver ROB! Acabei na van de Rob depois de uma confusão com outro Hampton Inn próximo. O gerente pediu que ele me deixasse no aeroporto para que eu pudesse arranjar uma carona para o hotel correto. Entrei em contato com eles e me disseram para pegar um Uber, pois eles não têm serviço de transporte. Rob ouviu isso e me disse que me deixaria no meu hotel. Sem problemas. Só preciso fazer algumas paradas. Eu fiquei encantado! Ele me salvou!

The two White ladies that were working at front desk, were extremely rude. I had stayed here for a whole week and it was one old lady and one middle aged lady. They were being very unprofessional and smelled like cigarettes. I asked for a bandage and they said I’ll give u one and you can buy the rest which is extremely inhospitable. I tried to go fill up my water in the gym and she came running that you have to go but water or drink tap water. The tap water in Nevada is extremely Bad for you and she forced me to drink it as I shouldn’t be paying for water. Very bad would not recommend. The room door also would never close fully, the comforters had hairs on them and the shower only cold water. It’s a horrible place and I’d choose a motel then this Hampton inn

This review is all about my driver ROB! I ended up in Rob’s van after a mix up with another Hampton Inn near by. The manager asked him to drop me back at the airport so I could then arrange a ride to the correct hotel. I contacted them and was told to take an Uber as they don’t have a shuttle service. Rob over heard this and told me he would drop me off at my hotel. No problem. I just need to make a couple stops. I was blown away! He saved me!

Isso seria 5 estrelas se o ar condicionado não tivesse nos mantido acordados a noite toda. O quarto em si era ótimo, impecavelmente limpo, com todas as novas atualizações. A equipe foi maravilhosa na chegada, e eles tinham uma ótima variedade de comida de café-da-manhã, mesmo com as restrições COVID no local. Apreciei as opções saudáveis para escolher. Eu teria gostado de dar Hampton Inn 5 estrelas brilhantes, mas o AC no quarto estava além de alto - tanto que manteve minha família inteira acordada a noite toda. Não sei se fazia parte da reforma ou não, mas parecia as buzinas do Inception. Todo o resto foi perfeito, no entanto. Provavelmente não vamos ficar de novo devido à falta de sono, mas os quartos são muito bons e os funcionários são excelentes.

This would be 5 stars if the AC hadn't kept us awake all night. The room itself was great, impeccably clean with all new upgrades. The staff were wonderful upon arrival, and they had a nice variety of breakfast food even with COVID restrictions in place. I appreciated the healthy options to select from. I would have loved to given Hampton Inn 5 glowing stars, but the AC in the room was beyond loud - so much so that it kept my entire family awake all night. I don't know if it was part of the refurbishment or not, but it sounded like the Inception horns. Everything else was perfect, though. We probably won't stay again due to the lack of sleep, but the rooms are very nice and the staff has excellent manners.

Embora a propriedade esteja no meio de uma reforma, meu quarto estava pronto. Um banheiro e decoração renovados foram apreciados. Gostou do microondas e da geladeira em um armário para reduzir o ruído do motor. Também gostei da mesa deslizante para tomar café da manhã. Esta propriedade é conveniente para mim. Não há comida interna, mas a comida pode ser entregue por app. Muitas opções de comida nas proximidades. Fica próximo ao aeroporto e você ouvirá barulho de avião, mas não fui incomodado por isso. Já fiquei algumas vezes e aproveite a localização. Vou ficar de novo. Ansioso pelas novas mudanças.

Usei o serviço de estacionamento do aeroporto. Jay foi acima e além, deixei minha caminhonete destrancada e ele a trancou e confirmou comigo. Becca foi útil e clara com suas instruções do terminal para o local de coleta. Rob foi muito amigável e realmente parecia feliz em me dar uma carona. Eu daria 10/5 estrelas se pudesse

Although the property is in the middle of a remodel, my room was done. A refreshed bathroom and decor was appreciated. Liked the microwave and fridge in a cabinet to reduce motor noise. Also liked the sliding table for eating breakfast. This property is convenient for me. No in-house food but food can be delivered by app. A lot of food options nearby. This is next to the airport and you will hear plane noise but I wasn't disturbed by it. Have stayed a few times and enjoy the location. Will stay again. Looking forward to the new changes.

I used their airport parking service. Jay went above and beyond, I left my truck unlocked and he locked it up and confirmed it with me. Becca was helpful and clear with her directions from the terminal to pickup location. Rob was very friendly and truly seemed happy to give me a ride. I’d give 10/5 stars if I could

i wish there was something below one star that i could give. my husband specially planned this trip for my birthday. we travelled all the way from washington to spend some time here and celebrate. i was not provided with the services i was promised specially shuttle service to the strip which i specially asked about when booking for the hotel. breakfast was pathetic. rude housekeepers. no sanitizing of elevators and public areas. rooms are worn out and old not matching the website description. the hotel staff do not go above and beyond to serve their guests. its only money making here. guest service is not paramount for them. i am never going back here and i will never recommend anyone to go.

Todo muy sucio , no sanatizan como deberían,el elvador asqueros huele mal , las alfombras de los cuartos sucias,no tiene servicio de recamaras al día, tienes que hablar para que vayan y hagan el servicio , la verdad no vales la pena , un lugar de prestigio , lastima ver en esas condiciones 😔

¡Decepción total! Este hotel no sigue los estándares de la cadena Hilton, los 3 días que me hospede los elevadores asquerosos , la habitación le hace falta un (deep cleaning) total,alfombras sucias en pasillos,áreas públicas y en habitacion.En mi cuartohongo en jabonera,,cuadros sucios y en mal estado, para colmo ni café tenían en el desayuno, lo único bueno y limpio el área de comedor yla transportación de cortesíapara el aeropuero.

Exelente atención, nos toco llegar un poco tarde y el gerente del lugar nos agilizo el ingreso al hotel. Recomiendo alojarse en este hotel si visitan Las Vegas.

Fui a estos hoteles porque tuvimos entrenamientos de mi trabajo en las oficinas de este hotel. Todo estuvo bien las muchachas enfrente fueron muy amables y los cuartos bonitos. Pero cuando le pedimos al supervisor o algo de emergencia no nos puso atención.

No tengo nada mal que decir de la propiedad. Desde que llegué hasta que me fui fueron super amable y cualquier pregunta me ayudaron sin problema. Amo que tienen desayuno caliente incluido y me dan otras cosas por ser Hilton Honor. La ubicación la encontré bien para el que no quiere estar dentro del strip.
