Amo este hotel !! Nice staff, muito limpo e a vista é fantástica. Tivemos um bom café-da-manhã continental gratuito que foi plus. Love this hotel!! Nice staff, very clean and the view is fantastic. We had a nice, free continental breakfast that was plus. Thanks so much to Hampton Inn for the experience cause we're going to the St. Louis Arch tomorrow & it's in walking distance from the hotel. 😁😊❤️ See below night & morning pics of our window view of the arch!! 😊 Absolutely beautiful!! ❤️❤️

É a segunda vez para ficar aqui. Amamos a proximidade do arco. Tive um problema com a porta que não fechava e imediatamente me mudei para outra depois de tentar resolver o problema por um breve período. Raven nunca parecia se cansar de responder às minhas inúmeras perguntas. O hotel está atendendo às minhas expectativas. Se fizermos outra viagem a St. Louis, esta será a nossa primeira escolha. Mas, como vivemos no Texas, não chegamos aqui com muita frequência.

Second time to stay here. We love how close the arch is. I had an issue with my door not closing and the promptly moved me to another after briefly trying to fix the problem. Raven never seemed to tired of answering my numerous questions. Hotel is meeting my expectations. If we make another trip to St. Louis this will our first choice. But then again we live in Texas so we don't get up here too often.

Great location, nice view, nice hotel but I was not particularly impressed by the room. I honestly prefer holiday inn. I'm sure there are better rooms with more space but standard room is a bit tight

Adorei a localização e o estacionamento privativo. O quarto parecia ótimo e excedeu minhas expectativas quanto ao que seria. Também gostei do processo de check-in e da chave digital. A única desvantagem é que meu banheiro não foi devidamente limpo e ainda havia urina de um hóspede anterior. Isso não caiu bem para mim.

I loved the location and the private parking garage. The room looked great and it exceeded my expectation as far as what it would look like. I also enjoyed the check in process and digital key. The only drawback was that my toilet was not properly cleaned and there was urine left on it from a previous guest. That didn't sit right with me at all.

Adorei esse hotel, fiquei aqui com minha família e tínhamos uma bela vista do arco e do centro da cidade. O quarto era espaçoso e confortável, e a localização era excelente, pois fica a poucos minutos do Arco. Há muitos desabrigados na área, mas não tivemos problemas. Além disso, eles têm uma garagem para estacionamento! Se você é de fora da cidade e quer fazer coisas "turísticas" no centro da cidade, este é o hotel perfeito para ficar 🤙

Loved this hotel, I stayed here with my family and we had a beautiful view of the arch and downtown. The room was spacious and comfy, and the location was excellent as its only minutes from the Arch. There are lots of homeless people in the area but we didn't have issues. Also, they have a garage for parking! If you're from out of town and want to do "touristy" things in downtown then this is the perfect hotel to stay at 🤙

Unbelievable. Check in time was 3pm I arrived at the hotel at 3:30pm. When I arrived a nice guy checked me in and took my payment. Soon after, that’s when he shared that my room was not ready and that it would be ready within the next 20 min. At first I was a little annoyed considering I had small children with me and we had just took a long drive. But I agreed that if it was only 20 min then it was fine. I return to my vehicle after receiving a key card to enter into the parking lot ( which is a small little lot on the side of the building … $40 dollars a day by the way) . Long story short. I sat in my vehicle for 2 hours before I called and ask them was my room ready and they said it wasn’t. At that point I went into the lobby and asked what was the problem . Short staff, late check outs, ect. I understand things happen but this is unacceptable. I went so far as to ask how much longer would it be if I waited more…she said she honestly didn’t know. At that point I asked for my money back. (No problem) and went some where else.I booked this hotel because it was close to downtown, the arch, and the pool for my children. Even tho the staff was nice and understanding that shouldn’t be the only qualities to a Hampton Hotel. The only way I’ll ever try and stay here again is if it’s my last choice. Very disappointing.

Apreciamos a localização conveniente para o arco STL e as atrações do centro. Nosso quarto precisava de atualizações e limpeza. Os funcionários foram muito acolhedores. O almoço foi excelente. Acho que este local de Hampton provavelmente precisa reformar alguns de seus quartos. Estou disposto a admitir que podemos ter acabado de obter um dos quartos mais difíceis. Não é fácil administrar um hotel.Mais uma vez, a equipe foi muito acolhedora.

Staff, especially the front desk and the housekeeper on the 12th floor, were phenomenal! They were helpful, welcoming, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed! Your kitchen and food service staff made excellent breakfasts with service that was attentive to detail. The only two things that could have been better were not staff related. The elevators took forever(which I realize is only momentary), and the bathroom in my room needed some tender love and care. It had a few moldy spots on the caulking, the shower head needed some attention on how it was connected to the wall, and the vent really needed cleaned (which is likely not a housekeeping fix).What a view of the Arch from my window! I would comeback here in a heartbeat!

We appreciated the convenient location to the STL arch and downtown attractions. Our room was in need of updates and cleaning. The staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. I think this Hampton location probably needs to renovate some of their rooms. I'm willing to admit that we may have just gotten one of the rougher rooms. It's not easy to manage a hotel.Once again, the staff were very accommodating.

My 5 stars is for the staff, especially Briana who made our 3 days at the hotel a joy! The hotel was in the perfect location for us to get to a volleyball tournament daily at the Convention center. The breakfast was perfect, replenished, neat and really delicious. The lobby area is one of the best I have seen at a Hampton Inn...so welcoming for groups to gather (safely, of course,) This is exactly what hotels need; areas where family and friends can sit and talk and eat together, without dirtying one member's hotel room or making too much noise on a floor. Now, for the hotel itself, that would have to be only a 2 - 3 star. Hilton / Hampton needs to do a remodel QUICKLY, because there are so many affordable hotels popping up in the area that are NEW and do not smell. I honestly do not know if I will stay here next time or pick the new Fairfield on Market St. We had to change rooms on the first night because the horrid smell was too much in room 500. Fortunately, Briana at the front desk was so kind and did not make me feel bad about asking to please move rooms at 10pm. She even came up to check on the new room with me, and she smelled my room at my insistence. ha! I felt bad that there is nothing the workers can do to remodel an aging hotel. Also, the elevators are terrible, at check - out expect to wait about 20 minutes to get an elevator to get you down. We took the stairs as much as possible, but the stairwell is AWFUL and needs a gut-job as well. It is cement and scary and stained with rude people's garbage and spills. I would only go back for the staff !!

Typical Hampton Inn in an downtown location. Bathtub drain was very slow and soundproof in the room can really be better. Cleanliness is good. Getting into parking is tricky as they are working on one side of the entrance right now. Parking is extra $15 a day on your hotel price. Standard breakfast provided and the staffs are nice.
