“Unbelievable. Check in time was 3pm I arrived at the hotel at 3:30pm. When I arrived a nice guy checked me in and took my payment. Soon after, that’s when he shared that my room was not ready and that it would be ready within the next 20 min. At first I was a little annoyed considering I had small children with me and we had just took a long drive. But I agreed that if it was only 20 min then it was fine. I return to my vehicle after receiving a key card to enter into the parking lot ( which is a small little lot on the side of the building … $40 dollars a day by the way) . Long story short. I sat in my vehicle for 2 hours before I called and ask them was my room ready and they said it wasn’t. At that point I went into the lobby and asked what was the problem . Short staff, late check outs, ect. I understand things happen but this is unacceptable. I went so far as to ask how much longer would it be if I waited more…she said she honestly didn’t know. At that point I asked for my money back. (No problem) and went some where else.I booked this hotel because it was close to downtown, the arch, and the pool for my children. Even tho the staff was nice and understanding that shouldn’t be the only qualities to a Hampton Hotel. The only way I’ll ever try and stay here again is if it’s my last choice. Very disappointing.”

“Apreciamos a localização conveniente para o arco STL e as atrações do centro. Nosso quarto precisava de atualizações e limpeza. Os funcionários foram muito acolhedores. O almoço foi excelente. Acho que este local de Hampton provavelmente precisa reformar alguns de seus quartos. Estou disposto a admitir que podemos ter acabado de obter um dos quartos mais difíceis. Não é fácil administrar um hotel.Mais uma vez, a equipe foi muito acolhedora.”
