“Neri's service in the Prestige section of the Lindo beach was excellent.We really enjoyed her and she was always there with a smile.She was a very hard worker and we really appreciate her!Isaac was so prompt with towel service and is always so kind.We really looked forward to going to the beach because of these two!”

“We came with a group of 8!! We loved everything about the resort. Humberto, Erik and Jennifer from the Star Friends were incredible and engaging! Lucy in the Star Cafe was a happy smiling face and is so sweet. Rosario did an excellent job with our room!!
