“I have been a Diamond Hilton member for about 6 years now. I have stayed at a lot of Hilton hotels. This is the first time I have felt like I needed to write a review. Very poor experience and would not recommend this place to anyone. Started off by checking in and going up to my room and someone still sleeping in the room. I asked if we could switch to a regular room (I had booked water front) and they said they didn't have anything available. They finally found a room after waiting for about 20 minutes in the lobby. The breakfast situation here is a disaster. They charge you different amounts for cold buffet or hot breakfast buffet. Hilton's typically are very easy for breakfast even if you have to pay it is always very organized and an easy process. I used a voucher to the restaurant and still was charged for breakfast on my credit card. All in all, the worst experience I have ever had with a Hilton hotel. I will not be coming back here!”

“This was our second time staying here, and we had great experiences both times. This last time we stayed, it was for our mini-honeymoon and the staff was amazing. They send a bottle of champagne and fruit to our room and added free breakfast for each day we were there. We would definitely stay here again!”
