“Luis was very unprofessional and rude. The staff give you the run around when you try to use your earned gift cards. So much more to mention that I don’t care to say . Just beware of the service you will receive. I know the response will be we’re sorry blah blah blah the same excuses or lame apology they give to the other bad reviews. Horrible horrible experience. It’s never a smooth process checking it . It’s always something. Other hotels I’m checked in within 5 mins. The problem is they don’t like really honoring deals that you qualify and have earned. They are privately owed so that’s why they are they way they are . Won’t be coming back spending my money . The only reason I came is because I had a coupon and I will admit they have one of the nicest breakfast that’s about it .”
