The staff was so accommodating. It was my wife’s birthday and I requested champagne in the room when we arrived. Not only did they deliver, they provided a birthday card too! Eu gostaria que houvesse uma opção de 10 estrelas, é isso que eu queria dar a eles. Alugamos uma estadia por 5 dias e este lugar é incrível. Este é apenas o meu primeiro dia e já estou dando 10 estrelas a este lugar. O serviço, os quartos, a comida, a piscina e toboágua, e todo o próprio hotel. É como um hotel chique que vale alguns bilhões de dólares. Meu quarto está longe do resto deles, mas isso não importa, ainda é chique e legal.

I wish there was a 10 star option though, that’s what I wanted to give them. We rented a stay for 5 days and this place is amazing. This is only my first day and I’m already giving this place 10 stars. The service, the rooms, the food, the pool and water slide, and the entire hotel itself. It’s like a fancy hotel worth a couple billion dollars. My room is far away from the rest of them but that don’t matter, it’s still fancy and cool.

Para o positivo - a pessoa de arrumação foi muito simpática. Ela sorriu e me cumprimentou várias vezes ao passar no corredor.O cara da toalha na piscina foi extremamente agradável, me agradeceu por ter vindo para a piscina e me desejou um bom dia.A piscina bartender/grill concurso (?) foi amigável e excelente serviço.Mas é aí que as críticas boas / positivas terminam.A equipe restante nunca reconheceu a presença.A anfitriã do restaurante do resort, quando presente, foi hostil e pouco amável.Nenhuma comida servida no bar.Não é possível fazer uma reserva para o jantar.Não posso dizer quando os assentos podem estar disponíveis. Ela não “confirmou nem negou” que um assento estaria disponível em 30 minutos, uma hora, etc.O resort é definitivamente “longo no dente”. Definitivamente passou do seu auge! Eu não posso acreditar que classifica uma designação Hilton….E um cartão no quarto explica que a taxa de resort de US $ 29 por dia é para lhe dar um desconto (?) na loja de presentes, spa, etc. e garrafas de água “gratuitas”. $ 29 por dia?????Definitivamente minha ÚLTIMA vez aqui.

Belo resort espirrou contra a cordilheira do deserto.Ao lado de uma grande trilha atrás das quadras de tênis.Comida e restaurante eram blah e não qualidade de resort. Como a qualidade da comida era blah, comíamos fora do resort todos os dias no café da manhã, almoço e jantar.Sair para saborear a comida local é a melhor experiência. Muitas ótimas opções de comida para gourmets.As bebidas eram boas.Piscina e jacuzzi foram incríveis, todos os dias e à noite.

Beautiful resort splashed up against the desert mountain range.Next to a great hiking trail behind the tennis courts.Food and restaurant were blah and not resort quality. Since food quality was blah, we ate outside the resort every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.Going out to enjoy the local food is the best experience. Many great food choices for foodies.Drinks were good.Swimming pool and jacuzzi hot tub were awesome, every day and evening.

For the positive - the housekeeping person was very friendly. She smiled and acknowledged me several times when passing in the hallway.The towel guy at the pool was extremely nice, thanked me for coming to the pool and wished me a good day.The pool bartender/grill tender (?) was friendly and provided excellent service.But, that is where the good/positive reviews end.The remaining staff never acknowledged a presence.The hostess at the resort restaurant, when present, was unfriendly and unaccommodating.No food served at the bar.Cannot make a reservation for dinner.Cannot tell you when seating may be available. She would neither “confirm nor deny” that a seat would be available in 30 minutes, an hour, etc.The resort is definitely “long in the tooth”. Definitely passed its prime! I cannot believe it rates a Hilton designation….And a card in the room explains the $29 a day resort charge is to give you a discount (?) in the gift shop, spa, etc and “free” bottles of water. $29 a day?????Definitely my LAST time here.

Our first time visiting this property and Tucson in general. We drove 14 hours in one day and arrived to a pleasant oasis escape. I’m beyond thrilled with this property. It’s so beautiful and quiet. It totally fits the desert vibe and I love that. We were greeted and treated so nice at check in. We’re diamond members and the gentleman was so informative and helpful. The inner courtyard is really really stunning at night. Makes for a completely separate environment compared to inside. You can take a stroll at night and look at stars and palm trees. We were given water in our room and the room was very clean and pretty standard. There is a gift shop, meeting rooms, ballrooms, a small art gallery, a piano, live music in the restaurant, a pool, spa amenities and the list goes on. We booked a Mountain View room and the gentleman did let us know that the parking lot was behind. We actually preferred that so we could keep an eye on our vehicle with our other belongings. It’s more of a comfort than having your vehicle with travel gear on the other end of the property so we loved that. All in all - I would definitely book again. The restaurant was also very tasty!!

Se os hotéis de 2 estrelas têm microondas e um pequeno-almoço gratuito, eu esperaria que um hotel de 4 estrelas tivesse isso também. Isso realmente me impediu de gastar algum dinheiro em seu restaurante caro, pois esse é claramente o motivo de não ter microondas. Felizmente existem bons restaurantes por perto. As banheiras de hidromassagem não eram muito quentes. Parecia água de banho. Serviço de quarto foi sub par, eu tive que pedir toalhas grandes porque eles se esqueceram de me dar algumas. Nenhuma limpeza real foi feita, apenas uma toalha rápida e coleta de lixo e eles se foram. Além disso, não espere lavar sua roupa aqui. Eles cobram por item, não por libra. É melhor dirigir 15 minutos até uma lavanderia e lavar sua própria roupa por menos de US $ 3. (Oposto a $ 4,50 por camisa e mais de $ 8 por calça, etc.)No geral, realmente parece que eu deveria ter conseguido muito mais retorno pelo meu dinheiro aqui.

This hotel has beautiful views but you certainly cannot credit the staff for that. This is just a hotel that happens to have a nice view. There are no microwaves, which is extremely inconvenient. If 2 star hotels have microwaves and a free breakfast, I would expect a 4 star hotel to have that as well. It really deterred me from spending any money at their over priced restaurant since that is clearly the motive in having no microwaves. Luckily there are nice restaurants close by. The hot tubs were not very hot. Felt like bath water. Room service was sub par, I had to ask for full sized towels because they forgot to give me some. No real cleaning was done, just a quick towel and garbage grab and they were gone. Also, do not expect to do your laundry here. They charge you per item, not per pound. You’re better off driving 15 minutes to a laundromat and doing your own laundry for less than $3. (Opposed to $4.50 per shirt and over $8 per pant, etc)Overall it really seems like I should have gotten a lot more bang for my buck here.

Minha noiva e eu ficamos aqui em novembro durante nossa primeira viagem a Tucson. Usamos um certificado gratuito de noite de fim de semana do Hilton e foi definitivamente uma ótima escolha. O belo cenário da montanha foi onde decidimos tirar fotos para anunciar nosso noivado. O hotel tem várias comodidades excelentes e a entrada do hotel é notável. Eu recomendo este resort. No entanto, não é perto do centro se sua viagem requer uma parada lá.

El Conquistador Tucson, um resort Hilton Hotel DETALHES DO LOCALuma semana atrás Como este “resort” não me enviou uma pesquisa ou solicitou feedback sobre minha estadia como a maioria dos Hiltons fazem, postarei meu comentário aqui. O resort é lindo e parece um belo lugar para relaxar. Infelizmente para mim, não foi por isso que reservei uma estadia de quatro dias lá. Vindo de Pittsburgh, PA e nunca ter estado em AZ antes, foi difícil decidir onde ficar. Escolhi este hotel/resort porque era o lugar mais próximo que eu poderia encontrar de onde eu precisava estar para cuidar de uma crise familiar. Eu teria escolhido outro lugar se soubesse que não havia como estacionar mais perto do meu quarto. Eu gostaria que isso fosse indicado em seu site ou que alguém do Departamento de Reservas. me avisou, porque eu estava em Tuscon para ajudar a limpar a casa do meu familiar, eu voltava ao hotel todas as noites com várias malas pesadas e lixeiras para classificar o que me obrigou a contar com mensageiros toda vez que eu estava indo ou vindo. Esperei até 45 minutos por um mensageiro em um ocasião e, em seguida, pelo menos 30 minutos para todas as outras vezes. Tenho certeza de que havia apenas um mensageiro disponível por turno e isso um mensageiro sempre tinha o único carrinho com eles, então eu não podia fazer isso sozinho. Because this “resort” didn’t send me a survey or request feedback about my stay like most Hilton’s do, I will post my review here. The resort is beautiful and looks like a lovely place to relax. Unfortunately for me, that wasn't why I booked a four day stay there. Coming from Pittsburgh, PA and never being to AZ before made it difficult to decide where to stay. I chose this hotel/resort because it was the closest place I could find to where I needed to be to tend to a family crisis. I would've chosen elsewhere if I knew that there was no way to park closer to my room. I wish this was indicated on your website or that someone in the Reservations Dpt. warned me, Because I was in Tuscon to help clean out my family member's house, I returned to the hotel each evening with several heavy bags and bins to sort through which forced me to rely on bellhops every time I was coming or going. I waited up to 45 minutes for a bellhop on one occasion and then at least 30 minutes for all the other times. I'm pretty sure there was only one bellhop available per shift and that one bellhop always had the only cart with them so I couldn’t do it myself. I must say that all my interactions with the bellhops were pleasant and they all apologized when I told them how long I had been waiting. Because the bellhops were the only highlight during my stay, I then had the unexpected task of making sure I had enough cash on hand to give them a well deserved tip ($30 in $1 bills).

My fiancee and I stayed here in November during our first trip to Tucson. We used a Hilton free weekend night certificate and it was definitely a great choice. The beautiful mountain back drop was where we decided to take pictures to announce our engagement. The hotel has several great amenities and the hotel entrance is remarkable. I would highly recommend this resort. However it is not close to downtown if your trip requires a stop there.

Ficamos aqui por duas noites na época do Natal. É um lugar agradável com um belo cenário de montanhas e nós realmente gostamos da nossa estadia. As vistas são excelentes, a piscina aquecida é incrível e há alguns eventos acontecendo no resort para mantê-lo entretido. Houve algumas falhas, no entanto. O buffet de café-da-manhã foi meh, qualidade muito inferior do que você esperaria de um resort Hilton. Os edifícios seriam beneficiados com renovação. Duas das três bicicletas que recebemos do resort (está incluído na taxa do resort) estavam com problemas mecânicos. Por outro lado, nossa reserva era para um quarto com vista para a montanha; o que inicialmente obtivemos no Edifício 2 era principalmente com vista para o estacionamento e outros edifícios com algumas montanhas ao fundo e absolutamente nenhuma privacidade na varanda. Nós pedimos para mudar para outro quarto, e nós temos uma vista para o jardim / piscina (eu acredito que é mais barato do que Mountain View), mas tínhamos uma vista muito melhor e melhor privacidade. Então, basicamente, como Hilton Gold, tivemos um rebaixamento em vez de um upgrade. Por fim, percebemos que eles não aplicaram nosso crédito alimentação (que acompanha o Gold) e tivemos que ligar alguns dias após o check-out para solicitar o reembolso do crédito. We stayed here for two nights around Christmas. It's a nice place with a beautiful mountain backdrop and we really enjoyed our stay. The views are great, the heated pool is awesome and there are some events happening in the resort to keep you entertained. There were a few glitches, however. The breakfast buffet was meh, way lower quality than what you would expect from a Hilton resort. The buildings would benefit from renovation. Two of the three bikes we got from the resort (it's included in your resort fee) were having mechanical issues. On the other hand, our reservation was for a Mountain View room; what we initially got in Building 2 was mostly overlooking the parking and other buildings with some mountains in the backdrop and absolutely no privacy on the balcony. We asked to switch to another room, and we got a Garden/Pool View (I believe it's cheaper than Mountain View) but had much better view and better privacy. So basically as a Hilton Gold we got a downgrade instead of an upgrade. Finally, we realized that they did not apply our food credit (that comes with Gold) and had to call them a few days after the check-out, to ask them to refund the credit. In general, it feels like the place can greatly improve with a better management. Overall, despite a few small issues, I would recommend staying in this resort. We really enjoyed the activities in and around the resort, calm evenings sipping tea on our balcony with amazing views and the hikes in wonderful Tucson area.

Excelente hotel, habitaciones alrededor de 180 dlls por día, muy buena piscina, en su punto más hondo Max 1.80 metros de profundidad. debes caminar unos 100 metrosa tu habitación, está cerca de la biósfera, y a unos 20 minutos del centro de Tucson.
