Ele garantiu que eu ficasse feliz com um novo quarto no dia seguinte, mostrando-me dois quartos alternativos.Se eu tivesse que fazer um detalhamento e encontrar avaria, diria que para um lindo hotel como este, a área do lobby de entrada é um pouco nada assombroso.
