“I’m giving them 1 star because the room was nice, but seen better. I would recommend no one to come to this hotel unless you would want your card to be charged AGAIN. No one could explain to me why my card is still on file and being charged after already paying for the room. They gave me a refund after a month later! Then a week after the refund they CHARGED my card again ! Please don’t come here unless you are willing to take that risk.”

“This place gets a star because unfortunately it is the only hotel near old Town Arvada. Lucky for it. Otherwise I would highly recommend staying somewhere else. These people are mean. They are angry and openly vent to customers about how bad management is and then take out their anger on customers. Apparently three employees quit today for some unknown reason...we only know because the bartender, Nicole thought it was appropriate to vent to us about how bad management was. Thanks for your attempt at ruining our weekend. DO NOT STAY HERE.”
