Very nice decor (fixtures, wallpaper, art, flooring) , way better than any other Hampton Inn we have seen.Very clean also.Breakfast area very nicely decorated.. But, but, but, rooms are about 12x12 and air conditioning blows directly onto one person with no way to deflect to another direction. Hotel neighborhood is disgusting - not a nice place to even come out to an Uber in order to go someplace else - filthy and smelly. Perfect inside hotel though.$60 for valet parking - not certain if any other option exists. Location not very far from Little Italy and wharf beyond.

The staff were quite helpful, but the facility only provides a valet service which is $60! No self-parking options available. The breakfast area is quite cramped as there are a lot of guests inside a single room the size of half a hotel floor. I hope that the facility can increase their capacity of their eating areas and provide a self-parking option in the future.

I exclusively stay at Hilton owned locations for both business and pleasure travel. I booked one night at this location but due to Southwest cancellations, could not make it to San Francisco and needed to cancel. This is when the trouble began. Because I paid with points, I could not cancel and if I did cancel, I would forfeit my points. This location proceeded to charge me $100 for incidentals and then attempted to charge $200 and an additional $50. Both charges declined because I blocked the card. I called the location to ask why they were attempting to charge me $350 and the person at the desk stated it was due to me cancelling and hung up. Do not book at this location for any reason. This location is not indicative of the Hilton brand and should not carry their name at all. I did speak with someone with Hilton and they said I would receive my points back as a courtesy but what a terrible experience.

Great location with good price because it is in downtown San Francisco.It is also within walking distance to the conference I was attending, only 1.5 block away!Inside the hotel is clean, bright, well maintained.I was able to use exercise room, lobby coffee area, and breakfast room everyday that I was there.Room with a view is a plus and well worth the money.It was clean and good size given real estate is expensive here.Yes, there is homeless outside of the hotel but that is a city problem.The hotel requires key entry after certain hours and key entry to ride up the elevator. I felt safe walking around in the area.Public transportation is good in the inner city.Recommend to use BART to com into the city.Walk everywhere and use public transportation.Don’t rent a car!

the hotel is in a great location (inside that famous Union square). only 10 minutes from the most attractive locations using uber or lift. You can walk also, but some times elevation are too hard. near Amazon whole food market and plenty of local restaurants. the room was very comfortable and quite. the staff use to change the main plate for breakfast (from 6 to 8) and another one from (8-10 AM). The valet parking option is a expensive. Just behind the hotel you can find a public parking with an24 hr supervision for $40.00 FLAT RATE. the hotel use s to charge $63.00 (including taxes).

No geral, nossa estadia neste hotel foi ótima, considerando o ponto de preço. A localização fica ao lado da Market St. e muito perto de muitas lojas e restaurantes (embora grande parte do centro feche por volta das 18h durante a semana). Definitivamente, há espaço para melhorias nos quartos, pois nossa cama king-size tinha lençóis queen-size, que eram impossíveis de manter por mais de alguns minutos, especialmente porque o tamanho do quarto não deixava nenhum lugar para sentar além em cima da cama. É um ótimo hotel tranquilo e o café da manhã de cortesia definitivamente nos ajudou a economizar alguns dólares ao longo de nossa estadia. Se você ficar aqui, definitivamente confira o telhado!

El personal muy amable, la limpieza del cuarto muy buena, la cama muy cómoda, aunque el sofá cama no tanto, tiene un frigobar, te incluye el desayuno tienes huevos, avena, fruta yogurt, café, pan waffles, muy bien. Durante la visita se descompuso un elevador, estábamos en un piso bajo y podíamos utilizar las escaleras de servicio sin problema. De preferencia entren por la puerta trasera del hotel la que queda cerca de Mint plaza ya que por la principal hay mucho vagabundo.

Overall our stay at this hotel was great considering the price-point. The location is just off of Market St. and very close to lots of shopping and restaurants (though much of downtown closes around 6 p.m. during the weekdays). There is definitely room for improvement with the rooms though as our king bed had queen-sized sheets on it, which were impossible to keep on longer than a few minutes, especially because the size of the room didn't leave anywhere to sit other than on the bed. It's a great quiet hotel though and the complimentary breakfast definitely helped us save a few dollars over the course of our stay. If you stay here, definitely check out the roof!

Hospedou-se em maio de 2022. O quarto era moderno, mas MUITO pequeno. Nenhum armário ou qualquer lugar para pendurar roupas/jaquetas. Os quartos tinham uma cama, mesa, nada extra.O serviço foi ótimo. Todos na recepção foram super simpáticos e prestativos.Limpeza mediante solicitação. Os quartos eram limpos, mas os lençóis/toalhas estavam um pouco desgastados e manchados. Nossa cama não parecia ser feita corretamente sem lençol de cima, apenas a colcha (sem capa de edredom) e um lençol em cima. A cama era confortável e o hotel era tranquilo, sem barulho da rua ou ruído de outros quartos/corredor, o que foi ótimo.A localização foi ok - Perto do centro e lojas, mas foi área esboçada limítrofe. Nós nos sentimos seguros andando, no entanto, eu não gostaria de andar sozinho à noite.No geral, um bom hotel. No entanto, para o preço olharia para outros hotéis.

Absolutamente grande quarto!! Piso de madeira, bom tamanho. Tivemos uma vista panorâmica da cidade, então essa foi a cereja do bolo! Embora fosse um pouco gueto do lado de fora. Estacionei meu carro na rua por 2 dias e nada aconteceu com ele. O estacionamento com manobrista é ridiculamente razoável embora. 60 dólares, dentro e fora, UMA NOITE. O total de LOL por 2 noites me custou 600 dólares.

My overall experience was great the front desk were very accommodating and even let us leave our bags in the locker after checking out. The one thing I was very dissatisfied about was the lack of comfort, our beds felt very worn in and not very comfortable. I am a Farley large person and it felt like we were sleeping on a motel 6 mattress. I would recommend the hotel checking beds or changing the quality of the mattresses

Absolutely great room!! Wood floors, good size. We had a sceniccity view so that was the icing on the cake! Although it was a bit ghetto around the outside. I parked my car in the street for 2 days and nothing happened to it. Valet parking is ridiculously priced though. 60 bucks, in and out, A NIGHT. LOL total for 2 nights ran me 600 bucks.

Stayed May 2022. The room was modern but VERY small. No closet or anywhere to hang clothes/jackets. The rooms had a bed, desk, nothing extra.Service was great. Everyone at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.Housekeeping upon request. Rooms were clean but linens/towels were a bit worn and stained. Our bed didn't seem to be made correctly with no top sheet, only the quilt (no duvet cover) and a sheet on top. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet with no street noise or noise from other rooms/hallway which was great.The location was ok - Close to downtown and shops but was borderline sketchy area. We felt safe walking, however I wouldn't want to walk solo at night.Overall a pretty good hotel. However for the price would look at other hotels.

I staid here a few weekends ago. When we came back from our show our rooms had been cleaned they didn’t replace towels, they didn’t replace bed sheets just a naked bed. When they replaced the sheets there was blood on the sheets I called down to room service and the guy at the counter said he didn’t have new sheets for us and that sheet room was locked. I wasn’t able to find a different hotel to sleep at after that so I ended up sleeping fully clothed.. the roof top views were cool tho :/

El hotel está muy limpio, moderno, cómodo. Ofrece desayuno, tiene una terraza en la azotea que puedes ver la ciudad. Lo único que no me gustó es que cobran 60 usd por día por estacionamiento.

La ubicación si bien es buena, a la salida del hotel para un lado es un barrio un tanto peligroso y nada amigable, en cambio para el otro lado es pleno centro y con sitios de interés. Está en frente de una fábrica por lo que hay un ruido.constante que puede ser molesto para dormir. El personal muy poco amigable y no entregó ayuda ante un doble cobro de la lavandería que el mismo hotel ofrecía. Es un hotel medianamente recomendable pero en el sector pueden haber mejores opciones

El hotel está situado en el vecindario de SOMA, cercano a variadas destinaciones turísticas pero también rodeada por campamentos de homeless. El hotel y la recamara son sencillos pero limpios. Por la noche se escucha claramente la musica de un club cercano. La recamara en la que me hospede era extremadamente pequeña y realmente no hubiera estado comoda si me hubiese hospedado más de una noche. Lo bueno es que tienen wifi gratis y por la mañana, un desayuno.
