This place is a scam. It's advertised as a 5-star hotel with beautiful pictures, but in reality it's worse than any 2-star motel. It's so dirty that it's disgusting to even be there or touch anything, trash is everywhere. I booked a non-smoking ocean view room, however there was no ocean view at all and it had a disgusting odor from smoking in the room. I also found cigarette packaging on the floor, which means they don't even clean rooms. The bed sheets had yellow spots all over. It's filthy and disgusting. I went to the gym, however it was so dirty that it was impossible to even touch any equipment and the AC was broken, so it's like a sauna in the gym. The room was so dirty and so old, missing basic things such as hand soap, toilet doesn't flush, the bath tab is all cracked. The lobby was under construction and they were drilling all night until I had to call and ask to stop drilling in the middle of the night. I talked to the manager about these horrors and he informed me that after covid they have no funding to renovate. I stayed for 1 night and left that horrible, filthy place. Do not ruin your vacation with this scam.  It's unfair and illegal to list false advertisements.I asked a refund for unused nights and this horror room,but they refused. This place is a fraud.

Just stayed at the end of June. Hotel is very very poorly maintained - half the hotel is closed for construction and they did not tell us. Drilling noises all day long. Felt like I was at a work site and not a hotel. Room is in bad shape - cracked tiles, mold in toilets, mirrors are stained, damp spots on ceiling, stains on pillows and sofas. Hot water only fills half the tub so you can never get a warm bath at night. Much much better choices at less than half the price in Bali. This hotel has been put up for sale and it shows. Complete neglect of the facilities. Staff are friendly though I did encounter bad service. Cannot emphasize this enough - avoid at all costs. We checked out early to swap hotels.

Stayed at hotel, they are renovating and room smelled of paint. complained to manager they changed our room and the after service was brilliant. Location is great and staff are extremely helpful. Perfect location, hotel needs to upgraded as a bit run down, 5 Star service but not 5 Star hotel.

O serviço ao cliente é inigualável!!O próprio hotel faz uma comida deliciosa e somos grandes fãs de um bom café da manhã para começar o dia que não decepcionou. Alguma variedade de opções e poder comer enquanto observava as ondas quebrando na praia era a maneira perfeita de começar todas as manhãs.Com acesso direto a uma praia animada, este foi um ótimo hub para nos aventurarmos e explorar Bali todos os dias.À noite, estávamos novamente explorando Bali, mas sempre podíamos voltar ao bar da cobertura do hotel, que ficava aberto até a 1 da manhã para tomar uma touca noturna que era adorável.Bali teve um momento difícil durante a pandemia, pois cerca de 70% de sua renda vem do turismo, mas eu recomendo que todos experimentem uma vez na vida e recomendo o hotel Anantara Seminyak

My wife and I are going to be flying back to London with nothing but smiles when thinking about this hotel and it’s wonderful staff. From the moment we arrived at midnight, we were greeted by bye Deddy and his team who just have the best energy!! Throughout the entire stay they staff were fantastic. The customer service is second to none!! The hotel itself does some delicious food and we are big fans of a good breakfast to start your day which did not disappoint. Some variety of options and being able to eat whilst watching the waves crash on the beach was the perfect way to start every morning. With direct access to a lively beach this was a great hub for us to then venture out and explore Bali every day. In the evenings we were again exploring Bali but could always come back to the hotel roof top bar that was open until 1am to have a night cap which was lovely. Bali has had a tough time during the pandemic as around 70% of their income come from tourism but I would highly recommend that everyone experience it once in their life and I would highly recommend the Anantara Seminyak hotel

Precisa ter um menu mais amplo para o café da manhã, especialmente para turistas estrangeiros. As pessoas que trabalham no hotel são muito simpáticas. Praia fantástica em frente, o café da manhã é na cobertura.

You can’t find better location at Seminyak, nice hotel obviously hit by the Covid-19 and lack of the guests but slowly returning back. Need to have wider menu for the breakfast especially for foreign tourists. People who work in the hotel are very friendly. Fantastic beach in front, breakfast is on the roof.

My partner proposed to me here and it was incredible! They had thought of everything from the food to the flowers to the location. We would definitely recommend the 5 course dinner with drinks on the beach for a special occasion. The table was surrounded by flowers in the shape of a heart and we were the only ones there. Thank you for making this moment so special. I will never forget it!

Reservou 2 quartos e ficou 2 noites (24 a 26 de abril de 2022). Para o atendimento não há problemas, todos os funcionários são educados e prestativos. Mas a condição dos quartos e edifícios é patética! Este hotel realmente precisa de reforma. Ao fazer o check-in, recebemos os quartos 315 e 316. Não muito depois do check-in, no quarto 315, de repente, havia água saindo do teto do guarda-roupa. Não pingando cm, mas como água saindo de uma torneira, que causa muita água parada. Depois de informar o FO, um técnico veio e comentou que a condição no meu quarto era VAZAMENTO e não CONDENIZAÇÃO. Como não queria correr o risco, pedi para trocar de quarto e fui acomodado pelo hotel. Enquanto esperava para trocar de quarto, meu amigo que estava hospedado no quarto 316 me informou que todo o quarto estava nublado. Do chão às paredes da sala quando a informação regressou ao FO, foi comunicado que se deu por causa do processo de CONDENIZAÇÃO onde se suspeitou que o hóspede abriu e fechou a porta da varanda para que houvesse uma reunião de ar quente lá fora e frio no quarto. Honestamente, em toda a minha vida nunca encontrei condições semelhantes em hotéis que visitei. E em caso afirmativo, por que isso não foi transmitido desde o início quando o hóspede fez o check-in ??? O dr do hotel havia enviado um serviço de limpeza e 2 tapetes de toalha para secar o quarto. Mas porque estamos preocupados que isso aconteça novamente e se não quisermos ficar em um quarto úmido, pedimos para trocar de quarto novamente (!). Mesmo que finalmente tenha sido dado, o convidado já estava desapontado. Por que passar primeiro pela fase dos convidados decepcionantes? O hóspede deve poder descansar imediatamente, mas não é confortável devido às condições do quarto e você precisa se mudar novamente. A gerência deve prestar muita atenção. Eu tentei transmitir isso através do link da pesquisa enviado por e-mail. Mas acontece que o link da pesquisa expirou apenas algumas horas depois de ter sido enviado para mim.

Hotel Anantara em Seminyak. Para quartos ok, muito espaçosos e confortáveis. Há também um jacuzzi no exterior, no interior também há um banho. O mais agradável para mim é sempre e espuma de banho. É uma pena que tenhamos um quarto que era um pouco antigo, então havia alguns lugares que estavam começando a piorar. Para limpeza e conforto ok. A comida era muito boa quando estive lá no final de abril de 2022. Não é um buffet, mas o pequeno-almoço é por encomenda. Para o menu variante, é realmente muito bom, há entradas, pratos principais e sobremesas. Peça uma bebida também. Só é uma pena que quando você come duas vezes pela manhã o cardápio é o mesmo 😊😊. Em termos de sabor e aparência ok. Na minha opinião, o arroz bali é o melhor. E o que torna um pouco desconfortável é que não há estacionamento, então você tem que ser um manobrista. Se estiver lotado, você tem que esperar um pouco pelo carro e coincidentemente, nosso carro está muito sujo com excrementos de folhas secas, excrementos de pássaros, etc. No geral está tudo bem.

O serviço foi excelente. Espaçoso e limpo, com grande cama confortável e edredom e quarto à prova de som. A máquina de café no primeiro dia não estava funcionando corretamente e foi substituída sem que eu precisasse perguntar. Bfast foi servido na cobertura com vista panorâmica do mar. Super amor!!

Service was superb. Spacious and clean, with big comfy bed & comforter and soundproof room. The coffee machine on first day was not working properly & got replaced without my needing to ask. Bfast was served on rooftop with unobstructed view of the sea. Super love!!

This place needs investment. The food, drinks and staff are all great and its in the perfect location with great views. Its been a tough 2 years which is why it still gets 3 stars but with things getting back to normal i hope they repair to its former glory

Visitado durante o dia do silêncio. Foi uma experiência agradável. O quarto era muito espaçoso. Eu amo o tubo de banho. A localização também é muito privilegiada, bem em frente à praia. Pequeno-almoço não é realmente impressionante para um hotel de 5 estrelas. Só uma coisa a notar, acho que o quarto em que fiquei precisa de um pouco de manutenção. A grade da varanda é muito frágil, acho que os ventos salgados do oceano fizeram isso. Mas era muito perigoso. Fora isso, valeu a visita.

Visited during day of Silence. It was a nice experience. The room was very spacious. I love the bath tube. The location also very prime, right in front of the beach. Breakfast not really impressive for a 5 stars hotel. Just one thing to note, I think the room I stayed in needs a bit of maintenance. The balcony railing is very fragile, i guess the salty ocean winds did it. But it was very dangerous. Other than that, it was worth the visit.

The staff & service are superb. Eventhough lots of maintenance (but more of on the cosmetic sides are need to be done to be look pristine & prettier), it is understandable during these super long times pandemic era. The public area of the hotel is clean, cozy, very welcoming. The bedrooms probably need to be more focused on. Need to go back as 5 stars Hotel standard.

Hotel em frente à praia na praia de Seminyak. Fiquei 2 noites no quarto Seminyak Suite, o tamanho do quarto é muito espaçoso, 80 m², e bastante completo. Há uma cafeteira, alto-falante Bluetooth Harman / kardon, um sofá muito grande, uma banheira e também uma jacuzzi localizada no terraço espaçoso. Fiz um bom negócio, além de conseguir café da manhã para duas pessoas, acontece que também recebo um bufê de jantar todas as noites na praia. Além disso, também recebi um crédito de resort de Rp. 200 mil por noite (então, no total, ganhei Rp. 400 mil) No geral, eu tive uma experiência agradável ao ficar lá.Bom negócio e vale muito o preço!

Best spot for sunset, clean and good staff. For fnb service is good, but must to many briefing about food knowledge and payment method ( cash / visa and master ) to new tranee staff.

The venue is very nice, the food was good. But we were bothered while having our dinner, by a guy, insisting of wanting money. That was disturbing our moment at the end of a long day when we want to spend a good time and enjoy the moment. In the end we pay for that. Thanks for your understanding

We stayed here for some nights spending our time during in Seminyak. Great view, 5 mins walk to the beach with great wave and white sand. The staff also friendly and the room is spacious with nice bathtub. Surely will come back again.

Not bad, but the design could be more functional so they could have a better lobby. Big terrazo stairs that no one used is kinda a waste of space. Room layout is perfect, but they could use better quality renovation.

First off, great staff. Polite and very helpful, absolutely had no problems with staff. Always available and always helpful.DON'T get booked on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool in the lobby. Especially room 313 (last room on the left), the room is clearly not new. It was right above the parking lot and lobby, you can hear people moving around and talking downstairs. The outdoor bath was basically unusable because there's a prayer area right below and people outside can see your balcony.And the bedsheets smelled like it wasn't properly dried. Maybe because the room was near the ocean breezeWe asked for a room change and were quickly accommodated. Rooms on the 2nd floor were MUCH better, but you can still hear your neighbors talking if they're on the balcony. But overall made our stay much better.Breakfast was OK, nothing special. But the complementary daily massage was SPECTACULAR. Ask for Bu Ayu, possibly the best massage I've ever had. 5/5 for the massage!

Biggest and most comfortable bed I have ever seen in a hotel. Beautiful rooms, hotel right on the seafront. Very clean. We even had a jacuzzi bath on the balcony. Not my preferred location in Bali as it is slightly out of the tourist hub but this may be a preference for some! Not the cheapest hotel and there’s definitely rivals that are more affordable. Venue for weddings and events on the rooftop.

Anantara actually has a very good location but they failed maintaining their hotels..room is huge but it will need an upgrade / renovation or the very least is good maintain...the towel looks...
