I’ve been here for 3 days. Everyday I call front desk room service dining etc… nobody answers the phones. I call over and over for 10 minutes and it goes to voicemail. This i Unacceptable for a “5 star” hotel.

Where to even start with this hotel. Stayed 4 nights, and I can say each night got worst. "Skyline View" room puts you 1 floor above the pool. Speaking of, the pool starts blasting music at 8:00AM, yes even on weekends.Room was not clean, all of the lights did not work, the neighbors were incredibly loud. Called the front desk, put on hold, hung up, did not call back. The concierge gave me attitude when I asked if he could print out my ticket for a concert.The price does not equal the stay, no where near it.

A única coisa que é 5 estrelas alto neste hotel são os preços. O quarto que recebemos era bom, mas super minúsculo, com pequenas janelas olhando para lugar nenhum. Na chegada, percebemos que o quarto não foi devidamente limpo depois de alguém com um animal de estimação. Cabelo curto estava espalhado por toda parte. Fomos transferidos para outra sala com janela ainda menor. 1. Pequeno. Janela. As cortinas opacas nesta sala estão instaladas de uma forma que na verdade não bloqueiam. A TV não está funcionando. Lençóis com furos. A conexão WiFi é muito lenta. Com manobrista de noite super caro. Coisas são legais, design de interiores é bom (fora de janelas minúsculas bizarras que fazem você se sentir como se estivesse morando em um armário), mas esta não é uma experiência 5 estrelas de longe.

The only thing which is 5 star high in this hotel is prices. Room that we got was nice but super tiny with small windows looking to nowhere. Up on arrival we noticed that the room was not cleaned properly after someone with a pet. Short hair was laying everywhere. We were moved to another room with even tinier window. One. Tiny. Window. Blackout curtains in this room are installed the way they don’t really blackout. TV is not working. Bed sheets with holes. WiFi connection is super slow. Overnight valet super overpriced. Stuff is cool, interior design is nice(outside of freaky tiny windows that make you feel like you live in a closet) but this is not 5 star experience by far.

Tão bonita. Eu daria 5, mas há tantas acusações absurdas.Se você tiver um carro, planeje adicionar $ 60-75 (dependendo de como você dá gorjeta) por DIA para estacionar. Eles forçam o manobrista. Se você quiser assistir a um filme sob demanda (ou seja, streaming gratuito na maioria dos hotéis), custa US $ 21. Portanto, estacionamento e um filme de streaming do dia = $ 100.Esteja ciente dessas coisas. Se você não se preocupa com essas coisas, então este hotel é perfeito. So beautiful. I would give this 5 but there are so many insane charges. If you have a car, plan on adding $60-75 (depending on how you tip) per DAY for parking. They force valet. If you want to watch an on demand movie (ie free streaming at most hotels) it’s $21. So parking and a streaming movie for the day = $100. Just be aware of these things. If you don’t care about this stuff then this hotel is perfect. A GORGEOUS spot on sunset strip.

Este é um hotel incrível que não economiza nos detalhes. A decoração do hotel é moderna no bom sentido, o quarto é muito convidativo com todas as comodidades que você precisa, serviço de quarto e comunicação com o pessoal foi excelente.Chris- o gerente do departamento de manobrista é verdadeiramente excepcional e nos forneceu o melhor serviço ao cliente! Ele realmente precisa ser reconhecido por seu serviço aos hóspedes. Ele facilitou o transporte depois que vários motoristas do Uber nos cancelaram. Terrill- também parte da equipe de manobrista foi incrível e nos forneceu um transporte seguro e confortável para o show. Eles definitivamente foram acima e além.Eu fiquei aqui porque a conferência que eu estava participando foi realizada lá. Foi bem organizado pelos coordenadores, mas também pelos funcionários do hotel. Com certeza vou reservar este hotel novamente a qualquer momento que estou em LA.

Este é um hotel incrível, muito luxuoso e acredito que está em uma localização incrível em relação a muitos lugares excelentes como Beverly Hills e Hollywood. O quarto era incrível, bonito e limpo, com uma excelente vista. Eu só tive a chance de ir a um único restaurante durante o café da manhã e foi uma ótima experiência, comida realmente incrível. Há ótimos lugares próximos para sair para comer, fazer compras ou simplesmente dar um passeio. Pessoal incrível, gentil e muito útil ao redor.

This is an amazing hotel that does not skimp on any details. Decor of the hotel is trendy in a good way, the room is very inviting with all the amenities that you would need, room service and communication with the staff was excellent. Chris- the manager in the Valet department is truly exceptional and provided us with the best customer service! He really needs to be recognized for his service to the guests. He facilitated transportation after multiple Uber drivers canceled on us. Terrill- also part of the valet team was amazing and provided us with a safe and comfortable transport to the show. They definitely went above and beyond. I stayed here because the conference I was attending was held there. It was well organized from the coordinators, but also from the hotel staff. I will definitely book this hotel again anytime I am in LA.

This is an amazing hotel, very luxurious and I believe it’s at an amazing location in relation to many great places like Beverly Hills and Hollywood. The room was amazing, beautiful and clean with a great view. I only got the chance to go to a single restaurant during breakfast and it was a great experience, really amazing food. There are great places nearby to go out to eat, shop or just to take a walk. Amazing, kind and very helpful staff all around.

WOW! First off the service is incredible. Theodore the front desk agent checked me in and he was so kind, personable, friendly and welcoming.Please recognize Theodore! I worked in hotels for over 10+ years and started at the front desk before becoming a sales manager, so I am an expert in hotels and customer service and let me tell you that Theodore at the front desk is an EXCELLENT representation of true luxury and service— I had a wonderful stay. Clean beautiful rooms, good food, even the valet staff was excellent!You can tell this hotel has a solid ownership group, and a great GM and great leaders, because the joy and energy is contagious here. THANK U 1 HOTEL :)

El mejor hotel en el que he estado, las habitaciones increíbles, la limpieza muy bien, todo muy confortable. Piscina muy bonita. Los jabones del baño espectaculares. La ubicación muy buena en Sunset Blvd, puedes ir paseando a muchos sitios. El edificio precioso con una decoración exterior muy atractiva. La decoración interior moderna y muy chic me encantó con acabados en materiales nobles. No le doy la quinta estrella porque pienso que la cafetería donde se sirve el desayuno no está a la altura para un hotel de ese nivel, tienes que hacer el pedido en el mostrador y pagar con antelación, el servicio es muy malo, las camareras salen de la cocina con los platos en la mano y tienen que ir buscando a qué mesa corresponden, además la simpatía no abunda.

La habitacion estaba limpia y comodo. La recepcionista era agradable y profesional. No habia mucha gente en el hotel, pero no nos dieron una habitacion con vistas. La piscina tiene vistas bonitas del horizante, pero estaba un poco frio. De todo, disfrutamos del hotel.
