“This is by far one of the Best Resorts we have stayed at. Top Quality Everything from the remodeled rooms with amazing decor to the 4 restaurants on site, delicious food everywhere and service outstanding! We loved the snorkeling literally from outside our room, so clear. The beach is not very big but not really needed. The cabanas top notch. They pay attention to every single detail. Their employees are long term very proud of working for Intercontinental and really care for customers. We went to a tour of El Cielo and the boat picked us up at the restaurant pier! We loved it, went for Labor Day weekend and can't wait to return. We recently became IHG Premier members and were upgraded to luxury rooms. Loved loved loved Everything about this Beautiful Property. The grounds spectacular and meticulously maintained. All natural plants. Still daydreaming about our long weekend here and how we wished it would have lasted longer!”

“Outstanding - blew my expectations out of the water. Customer service from ALL staff is top notch. I mentioned to my wife this evening about how pleasant every one of the staff have been - whether it is the concierge, front desk, room service, groundkeeping staff, security, etc. We had an initial issue with the noise coming from a neighboring room very late at night (at no fault of the resort) and the front desk found us a new room the next morning. All four of the restaurants on site have an excellent selection of food and knowledgeable staff. The beaches are great, snorkeling is amazing, and the staff are able to provide honest recommendations to our questions about off-site activities. Borrow one of their complimentary Trek bicycles and take the short ride into town for the day. We will definitely be back.”
