Para um Hilton e hotel nessa faixa de preço, é muito datado. Existem outros hotéis nesta área para preços semelhantes que têm acomodações muito mais agradáveis. A piscina era boa, mas as toalhas na piscina eram do tamanho de uma toalha de mão. Mesmo dois deles em uma espreguiçadeira nem cobriam a cadeira. Provavelmente não ficaria aqui novamente, a menos que fosse por um preço matador.

Fiquei desapontado com os quartos e corredores - móveis muito escuros e mostrando sinais de desgaste óbvio. Os tapetes do corredor precisavam urgentemente de limpeza! O lobby era muito bom, assim como a área de café da manhã. Uma pessoa a notar foi Geoffrey, que foi excelente como o chef de café-da-manhã, bem como recepcionista e garçom - excelente serviço ao cliente! No geral, não é um lugar ruim, mas os quartos não estavam à altura do padrão Hilton.

Was disappointed in the rooms and hallways - very dark furnishings and showing signs of obvious wear and tear. Hallway carpets were in dire need of cleaning! Lobby was very nice as was the breakfast area. One person to note was Geoffrey, who was excellent as the breakfast chef as well as greeter and waiter - excellent customer service! Overall, not a bad place but rooms were not up to the Hilton standard.

For a Hilton and hotel in this price range, it is very dated. There are other hotels in this area for similar pricing that have far nicer accommodations. The pool was nice but the towels at the pool were about the size of a hand towel. Even two of them on a lounger didn’t even cover the chair. Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless it was for a killer price.

O que uma grande experiência. Todos neste hotel foi fabuloso, amigável e muito útil!Jessi na recepção nos fez check-in cedo quando queríamos fazer caminhadas durante o dia. Certificou-se de que nosso quarto estava limpo e pronto. Ela nos recebeu às 11h, quando o check-in era às 3h.Stephanie, o chefe de arrumação, garantiu que nosso quarto estivesse pronto. Ela disse que havia um problema com o dreno e consertou antes de entrarmos no quartoGeoffrey no café da manhã é da França. Por crianças adultas são fluentes em francês e tiveram ótimas conversas com ele. Geoffrey disse que não fala mais francês, então foi um prazer que ele fez com minhas meninas!Diana na recepção foi super útil. Ela guardou nossa bagagem depois que fizemos o check-out enquanto fomos Sand Hollow Park. Eu estava preocupado com o roubo. Ela disse que não era esse o problema. Ficamos três noites, Tyler, o menino de manutenção, era tão doce. Ele foi acima e além para nos fazer sentir bem-vindos. Trouxe toalhas para a piscina e interagimos com nossa filha que está em cadeira de rodas. A equipe do café da manhã também foi incrível. Geoffrey e o chef fizeram uma panqueca surpresa para nossa filha. Toda a equipe foi incrível. Temos hospedado aqui muitas vezes e esta é a nossa primeira revisão.

What a great experience. Everyone at this hotel was fabulous, friendly and very helpful! Jessi at the front desk got us checked in early when we wanted to go hike for the day. Made sure our room was clean and ready. She got us in at 11:am when check in was at 3. Stephanie the head of housekeeping made sure our room was ready. She said there was an issue with the drain and had the fixed before we check into the room Geoffrey at breakfast is from France. By adult children are both fluent in French and had some great conversations with him. Geoffrey said he doesn’t get to speak French much any more so it was a treat that he did with my girls! Diana at the front desk was super helpful. She stored our luggage after we checked out while we went Sand Hollow Park. I was concerned about theft. She said that was not the issue. She explained that the heat in the car was the bigger issue, especially if we had some electronics. Super friendly and helpful!! I recommend this hotel to anyone who visits St. George!

We stayed three nights, Tyler the maintenance boy was so sweet. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Brought towels for the pool and interacted with our daughter who is in a wheelchair. The breakfast staff was also amazing. Geoffrey and the chef had a surprise pancake made for our daughter. All the staff was amazing. We have stayed here many times and this is our first review.

Fique longe deste hotel ou de qualquer Hilton!!! Totalmente não vale o preço. Este é um hotel de três estrelas, mas é pior do que muitos hotéis de duas estrelas!!!Check-in por volta das 21h. Descobri que todos os edredons e lençóis estão sujos e velhos, também há um cheiro muito horrível do edredom e dos travesseiros. O chuveiro é antigo e não funciona direito. O tapete também está sujo, obviamente não há limpeza. O banheiro cheirava a urina quando entramos no quarto.22:40 finalmente mudou de quarto, eu esperava que fosse melhor. Isso me deixou tão decepcionado, os mesmos problemas, mas pior agora, o ar condicionado tem um cheiro de queimado no quarto 206 !!! Mas estou muito cansado de mudar de quarto, especialmente a senhora da recepção nos deu um quarto que é tão longe do primeiro quarto, de 230 a 206, eu tenho que andar muito com minhas malas. Isso é pandemia, tem certeza que tem todos os quartos ocupados???Graças a Deus, aprendi uma lição, quando você vê algo limpo, olhe de perto, cada vez mais perto, não é tão limpo quanto você vê. Embora a recepção pareça agradável e limpa, isso é apenas os cosméticos.Bem, tudo isso juntou, não consigo nem dormir, o edredom sujo, lençóis, travesseiros, ambiente ruim me deixaram extremamente desconfortável. Stay away from this hotel or any Hilton’s!!! Totally not worth the price at all. This is a three-star hotel, but it's worse than many two-star hotels!!!Checked in at around 9:00 pm. Found out all the comforters and sheets are dirty and old, there is also a very awful smell from the comforter and the pillows. The shower head is old and it doesn’t work properly. The carpet is dirty too, obviously there is no clean. The bathroom was reeked of urine when we first came in to the room.10:40pm finally changed a room, I expected it would be better. It made me so disappointed, same issues, but worse now, the air conditioner has a burned smell at room 206!!! But I am too tired of changing a room, especially the front desk lady gave us a room which is so far away from the first room, from 230 to 206, I have to walk a long way with my luggages. This is pandemic, you sure you have all rooms occupied???Thank god, I learnt a lesson, when you see something clean, look close to it, closer and closer, it is not as clean as you see. Even though the front desk look nice and clean, this is just the cosmetics.Well, all these came together, I cannot even fall asleep, the dirty comforter, sheets, pillows, bad environment made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I will never go to hiltons any more. Honestly this is the worst hotel i have ever been in.Seriously, re-star the hotel

Estou hospedado neste hotel desde que abriu (provavelmente ficou mais de 75 noites ou mais). Eu amei este hotel porque a localização é excelente e porque é tão perto da I-15 e muitas trilhas pavimentadas para caminhada. Nos últimos 6 meses, parece que este lugar realmente decaiu! ! Os tapetes do nosso quarto estavam manchados, as lâmpadas são consistentemente queimadas, o batente da porta foi arrancado da parede com 1 parafuso mal segurando-o. Pisos do elevador foram repugnantemente sujo o tempo todo que estivemos lá. Eu sou um Hilton Lifetime Diamond VIP e no meu perfil eu sempre solicito um andar superior, já que tenho sono leve e não gosto de ouvir pessoas acima de mim, esta visita me foi atribuído um quarto no 3º andar. Ambas as manhãs fomos todos acordados às 6h45 por uma manada de elefantes acima de nós! Sala de ginástica consistentemente tem equipamentos quebrados. Após o check-out, decidi reclamar com a gerência, nem o general Mgr nem o assistente da GM estavam, então a pessoa da recepção pediu desculpas por nossa experiência ruim e prometeu que um deles me ligaria. Já se passaram 3 dias desde que fiz o check-out e não tive notícias de nenhum deles. Sempre preferi ficar no Hiltons e quase sempre tive uma ótima experiência, incluindo esta propriedade, mas no futuro me mudarei para as propriedades do Marriott em St George.

I’ve been staying at this hotel since it opened ( probably stayed 75+ nights or more). I have loved this hotel because the location is great and because it is so close to I-15 and lots of paved walking trails. The last 6 months it seems this place has really gone downhill!! Carpets in our room were stained, light bulbs are consistently burned out, door stop was ripped away from the wall with 1 screw barely holding it on. Elevator floors were disgustingly dirty the whole time we were there. I am a Hilton Lifetime Diamond VIP and in my profile I always request a top floor since I’m a light sleeper and don’t like hearing people above me, this visit I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor. Both mornings we were all awakened at 6:45am by a herd of elephants above us! Exercise room consistently has broken equipment. After checking out, I decided to complain to management, neither Gen. Mgr nor assistant GM were in, so the front desk person apologized for our poor experience, and promised to have one of them call me. It’s been 3 days since I checked out and I haven’t heard from either of them. I’ve always preferred to stay at Hiltons and have nearly always had a great experience, including this property, but I’ll be moving over to Marriott properties in St George in the future.

Lugar sólido para ficar. Os quartos são limpos. O café da manhã era bom. Tivemos que mudar de quarto após a nossa primeira noite depois que estendemos nossa estadia. Deixou uma escova de cabelo no primeiro quarto. Apesar de termos ficado por mais duas noites, e perguntado na recepção duas vezes por dia por esses dois dias extras sobre a escova, ela nunca foi encontrada.

Definitivamente não vale o preço. 2 noites. $ 500. Azulejo quebrado em todos os lugares, elevador caindo aos pedaços, papel de parede descascando, cabo com canais ausentes, chuveiro de US $ 2 parece uma mangueira literal, veio em lençóis manchados na cama. Recebo a limpeza feita sob pedido normal, mas não devo andar em lençóis manchados na primeira noite. . . A localização é fantástica. Ao virar da esquina de literalmente tudo o que você poderia querer. Mas cara. 0 qualidade neste hotel caro e degradado. extremamente decepcionado para um Hilton. Eu não esperaria muito de um hotel, mas por 250 por noite eu esperava muito mais.

Definitely not worth the price. 2 nights. $500. Broken tile everywhere, elevator falling apart, wall paper peeling, cable with missing channels, $2 shower head feels like a literal hose, came into stained sheets on the bed. I get covid made cleaning on request normal, but I shouldn't walk into stained sheets on the first night... Location is fantastic. Right around the corner from literally anything you could want. But man. 0 quality in this overpriced and run down hotel. extremely disappointed for a Hilton. I wouldn't expect much from a hotel, but for 250 a night I expected much more.

Solid place to stay. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was good. We had to change rooms after our first night after we extended our stay. Left a hair brush in the first room. Even though we stayed for two more nights, and asked the front desk twice a day for this two extra days about the brush, it was never found.

Cheguei ao hotel às 12h45 para fazer o check-in. Eu e outras 3 pessoas estávamos tentando fazer o check-in ao mesmo tempo e não havia nenhum atendente ao redor e nenhum funcionário em todo o hotel. Procuramos em todos os andares, no restaurante, no escritório dos funcionários e nas instalações. Não havia nenhum sinal que dizia estar de volta e nenhum número para ligar. Procuramos o hotel por 30 minutos. Não foi até 1h10 que uma mulher entrou no saguão e me pediu minha licença e cartão de crédito. Sem desculpas e sem explicação. Estávamos a segundos de chamar a polícia antes que isso acontecesse. Finalmente cheguei ao meu quarto às 1:15 da manhã. Na manhã seguinte, às 11h, solicitei um check-out tardio, pois tinha dormido 4 horas e tinha que trabalhar às 6h45, e queria tirar uma soneca depois que meu turno acabava antes de voltar para casa. Foi-me dito que eles não poderiam acomodar isso e o check-out era às 12h. Decidi tentar tirar uma soneca de 30 minutos das 11:15 às 11:45 e voltei para o meu quarto para fazer isso. Minha cama inteira tinha sido despojada de lençóis por arrumação e quarto tinha começado a ser limpo. Eu nunca tinha feito check-out e ainda tinha algumas coisas no meu quarto! Desci até a recepção perguntando se eles tinham um quarto em que eu pudesse tirar uma soneca por 30 minutos, e ela disse que não, que não poderia acomodar isso. Esta foi a pior experiência de hotel que já tive. Nada foi sequer tentado para corrigir a situação.

I arrived at the hotel at 12:45 am to check in. Myself and 3 others were trying to check in at the same time and there was no desk attendant around and no employees to be found in the entire hotel. We searched every floor, the restaurant, the employee office, and the premises. There was no sign that said be right back and no number to call. We searched the hotel for 30 minutes. It wasn’t until 1:10 am that a woman walked into the lobby and asked me for my license and credit card. No apology and no explanation. We were seconds from calling the police before this happened. I finally got to my room at 1:15 AM. The next morning at 11 am, I requested a late check out, as I had gotten 4 hours of sleep and had to work at 6:45 am, and wanted to take a nap after my shift had just ended before driving home. I was told they couldn’t accommodate that and check out was 12pm. I decided to try to nap for 30 minutes from 11:15-11:45 and returned to my room to do so. My entire bed had been stripped of sheets by housekeeping and room had been started to be cleaned. I had never checked out and I even had a couple things still in my room! I went down to the front desk asking if they had a room I could just nap in for 30 minutes, and she said no she couldn’t accommodate that. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Nothing was even attempted to rectify the situation.

Hotel bom e limpo com quartos espaçosos e check-in rápido e fácil. Pressão da água no chuveiro. Tinha tudo no quarto; microondas, geladeira e Keurig. Esta fue una experiencia decente. Los Hilton son bastante conocidos, pero nunca se sabe cómo podrían ir las cosas en Utah. Resulta que fue una estancia agradable. Good, clean hotel with spacious rooms and quick and easy check in. Trickly water pressure in the shower. Had everything in the room; microwave, refrigerator and Keurig. Breakfast items seem adequate with a $10 omlette bat. Better breakfast options outside the hotel. There was some consistent banging throughout the night. Not sure if it was a neighbor or something within the building.

This was a decent experience. Hilton's are pretty much a known quantity but you never know in how things might go in Utah.. Turns out it was a nice stay. Easy check in and the room was clean as you'd expect. Plus marks for a Keurig machine in the room and a couple of bottles of water. St. George is a beautiful little city with some remarkable State parks like Snow Canyon close by. Give it a whirl.

Honestamente esperava mais de um Hilton Hotel .. recepção foi nice.lobby e elevador foram muito deixada suja e cheirado desagradável. Fui para a academia que eles têm e o banheiro era nojento ... Os quartos precisam ser examinados com mais cuidado, o lixo debaixo da cama e a cortina do chuveiro cheiravam a urina. Pela entrada dos fundos tem o cheiro de um cassino ... recomendaria um hotel diferente.

Honestly expected more from a Hilton Hotel..front desk was nice..lobby & elevator were very dirty and smelled nasty. Went to the gym they have and the restroom was disgusting..Rooms need to be looked at more carefully, trash under the bed and the shower curtain reeked of urine. By the back entrance it smells like a casino..would recommend a different hotel.

Este hotel é comparável a um motel 6 por um quarto de $ 215, deveria ser muito bom e simplesmente não era. O chuveiro precisa ser refeito sem pressão da água, A cama era horrível, O quarto em si não era tão limpo quanto deveria ser, muito desatualizado e com séria necessidade de uma remodelação, especialmente para o preço. This hotel is comparable to a motel 6 for a $215 room it should be very nice and it simply wasn't. The shower needs redone no water pressure, The bed was horrible, The room itself wasn't as clean as it should be, very outdated and in serious need of a remodel especially for the price. Avoid and stay at the Hampton where you get a big spacious room amazing bed and shower and a yummy breakfast.

Está muy cerca a la carretera y cercano a Cracker Barrel. Me gusta la ubicación porque está cerca al centro de St. George y también tranquilo. He visitado esté Hilton Garden Inn muchas veces y nunca he tenido problemas con los cuartos ni los empleados. He visto la cocina y está limpio los veces cuando he ido. Recomiendo este hotel más de los otros en St. George.
