“No geral, fiquei muito decepcionado com a minha estadia aqui no Element Sedona. Paguei US$ 451,01 por um quarto por uma única noite e acabei tendo que pagar mais por uma taxa de estacionamento. Eu esperava uma vista melhor, no entanto, meu quarto só tinha uma vista decente da parede do prédio ao lado do espaço de armazenamento. Também ouvi outros hóspedes reclamando sobre dificuldades em conseguir toalhas na recepção. Com o quanto paguei por uma única noite, acho bastante ridículo que os hóspedes tenham que pagar pelo estacionamento. A esse custo há lugares muito mais agradáveis na área.”

“Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay here at Element Sedona. I paid $451.01 for a room for a single night and ended up having to pay more for a parking fee. I hoped for a better view however my room only had a decent view of the wall of the next door storage space building. I also heard other guests complaining about difficulties getting towels from the front desk. With how much I paid for a single night I find it pretty ridiculous that guests have to pay for parking. At that cost there are much nicer places in the area.”
