“Great location just outside the main city set back against the hillside overlooking the bay. They provide a free shuttle service into Sorrento which gives you the best of both worlds: peaceful relaxation by a pool and the chaos of Sorrento on your doorstep. Staff are so helpful and welcoming. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean including the lovely pool which is a suntrap until around 3.30pm when the sun dips behind the mountain. Breakfast offers a good buffet choice but don't expect a full English here more cheeses and meats, pastries etc. You can help yourself to bacon and scrambled or boiled eggs though. Dinner is table service and the choice and quality is excellent. Nice touch that you can order a bottle of wine and they will keep it for you for the following evening. Cannot fault this hotel for the price. It's a great base from which to explore this stunning area.”

“it is not 4 star hotel at all. towel were smell nasty like they were not washed. rooms are really outdated. room quality and cleanliness are like 1 star hotel.hotel is far from sorento town. at check out, they want us to pay city tax in cash only. also i overheard some customer was complaining about wrong charges on their bill for using drinks from minibar. there are many better hotels in sorento are cheaper and better quality.”
