“When I opened the room door, a old stank odor smacked me in the face. The heater/ac unit is disconnected from the wall. I thought this was Hilton. I don't even feel comfortable showering in the tub! I called the frobt desk and was quickly told that all rooms look like this. Then I remembered, this was a 3-star........ pay attention to the ratings......the reviews are misleading.........apparently ok for some, but not for me!!!! I will NOT be returning.”
