Stayed this weekend with a large group for our sons hockey tournament, and could not have been more happy with our stay! Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was so easy going and beyond helpful with everything. Breakfast was great with many different options to suit everyone. Absolutely recommend 100%

Really accommodating. The heat in my room was acting funny on my last night of my star and the staff was so kind as to move me onto another room so i could have somewhere warm to sleep

Had an awful experience. Booking alone was with someone we could not understand, they couldn't tell me any info on or where the place was. Had to talk with the person booking who wasn't even in the same state. They couldn't tell me how many rooms were available. The price was high. It's like the people hide at the front desk. Don't think they wash anything but the sheets. The room had an odor and the tub didn't want to drain. Food was equivalent to a one star motel. There's no way they should exceed $100/night.

Very average hotel. Nothing special. A few restaurants walking distance. Clean from what I could tell. But my main complaint is the front desk. I checked in at 6pm on a Saturday and no one was at the front desk for 20 minutes. Once the young man came back he wasn’t able to find my reservation for another 10 minutes. When he was able to find my reservation and gave me my room key and rushed me off. He clearly doesn’t care because when I walked into my room there was a full family in there hanging out. I walked back down and let him know. He proceeded to argue with me about people being in there and tell me they don’t have any additional rooms and there fully booked which I did not accept his answer. I don’t know why he wouldn’t believe me. After he called his manager he was able to find me another room. Find another hotel. I’m sure this isn’t a normal experience but he could have handled it much better.

Great room, good price. Very clean. Regular business traveler and this is a great spot. Starbucks coffee and espresso in lobby 24 hrs a day for additional cost. Def staying here again when in the area.
