“Stayed at this property on our way to the Rose Bowl. It was very busy because of another Bowl Game taking place a block away. The front desk staff were friendly, competent and professional in a somewhat chaotic lobby atmosphere. Our room was ready and clean. We struggled to get our TV to work and one of the gentlemen from the front desk came to assist us. His name was Damion and he was kind, professional and helpful. We were able to get the TV to work. When I went to tip him for his help, he refused and said our satisfaction was what was important. I learned that they were short staffed, that he had already worked a 12 hour day and he stayed late to assist us. In this strange time of employee shortages, it was nice to see the culture of professionalism at this particular site. I would recommend this property if you are in the Vegas area. Close to the airport. Close to the strip.”

“The bathroom door would always get stuck leaving little ones unable to get out without adult help. The toilet wouldn't flush promptly. We had a night where a group of people were really loud outside our window to the point I had to call the front desk around 3 am to ask them to keep it down. The front desk was very apologetic and took care of the situation.”
