“We have stayed here many times over the years, usually when we are in town to see a show at the Utilita arena, which is a fifteen minute walk away by the canal from the hotel. We always have a great stay in this hotel, the rooms are comfortable, the staff are amazing, the location is central and it has its own underground car park. Highly recommended”

“Albeit a bit basic, the room was nice and clean. The problem was the bed and bedding. The bed itself was uncomfortable. The duvet was less than 1cm thick in the middle of winter and the pillows were lumpy and hard. Had the worst night sleep ever! The staff were lovely and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast hence why I've given 2 and not 1 star.”
