Tudo o que eles podem fazer para melhorar a sua estadia, eles farão com um sorriso e gratidão em atender às suas necessidades. HI é agora o meu melhor lugar para ficar. Obrigado a todos! “Have stayed here several times over the past 6 months. Prices keep going up and attitudes of the employees, there seems to be constant change-over, keep getting more surly. This latest stay they were at $200 per night and under construction. This last visit I asked to extend my checkout time for just one hour. Seemed like a simple request for a repeat customer, for an Hilton Honors member, for some who has Hilton Diamond status due to frequent stays, a designation that is suppose to include that very benefit. But the said no, we’re too crowded. Doesn’t that mean you’ll be cleaning rooms until 4pm or later, I’m only asking that you move mine from 11am to noon. Still no. I have stayed there before when they were crowded, drives through the parking lot at 8pm, 7am and 11am along with a fairly empty breakfast indicated they were not at all crowd. Obvious we won’t return.”
