“El hotel fue genial. No estoy seguro de por qué la gente de arriba está regalando toallas. Están totalmente bien (traje el mío y no los necesitaba). Hotel muy limpio y la marca de precio era genial. La ubicación está a 15/20 minutos a pie del centro y al lado de los parques más hermosos (los jardines botánicos no están demasiado lejos). El personal era muy agradable y el uso de máscara era bueno. No todo el personal llevaba máscaras, pero la mayoría sí. Aparentemente, las pautas actuales no lo hacen cumplir en los lugares de trabajo, pero creo que todo el personal debería usarlas para que los huéspedes se sientan seguros.”

“Great stay, great value, can’t go wrong with this hotel. Not sure either what people are moaning about with towels or bedsheets. Yeh the towels aren’t the most fluffy and the bedsheets aren’t the softest but if you want the Ritz go to the Ritz. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable, well appointed, lovely bathrooms. Beds a touch firm but weirdly very comfortable! Slept very well. Breakfast is modest, mix of pastries, breads, cheese, ham, fruit and some hot items like egg, bacon, mushrooms, baked beans. Not the most varied but plenty for most people. Would definitely come back.”

Hotel is cute, rooms are great. We stayed in a junior suite. The beds weee super super comfortable and the air con worked great! This can be a problem in Europe sometimes but here it was sooooo comfortable. I wish I had stayed another day or two. It is also in a great location but still a bit removed from the populated, main areas which I like.

The room is so spacious! The lighting is good. The beds are not comfortable, very hard, but whatever. I love the kitchenette area.. the bathroom is tiny. The location is okay, but something closer to the avenue would be better.

Un hotel muy cómodo, en un sitio perfecto. Enfocado en lo importante, buena habitación, buenas camas, buena TV, bien insonorizada y un baño nuevo con buena ducha. Lo demás, recepción, ascensores, restaurante, salones, etc.lo mínimo indispensable. (Para qué más?)

Highly recommend this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and met all our requirements. Very good location less than five minutes walk from Marques de Pombal metro station and also a good choice of buses nearby. Had very nice breakfast each morning in the restaurant adjacent to the hotel and accessible directly from the hotel. Nice breakfast with something for everyone, also had dinner there on two evenings .

El hotel, recién inagurado, está muy bien. Habitaciones amplias, bien decoradas, cómodas y con vistas á Marquês do Pombal. El desayuno es pequeño pero tiene lo imprescindible. Como punto negativo el ascensor, nunca había visto uno tan lento en mi vida, compensa bajar mejor en escaleras, por el resto muy bien. Lo recomiendo Pd: el aparcamiento es muy pequeño y a veces no pueden tener plaza

The hotel is modern and updated, located down the street from the main shopping area and a 20 minute walk away from the old town. The rooms are spacious and reasonably clean. The only problem was during check-in. Check-in was supposedly at 3pm, but at 2:40pm, I was told that my room was not ready and again at 3:10pm. Apparently, the guest before had checked out late and therefore, I would have to check-in late as well. This was disappointing as I had booked through Expedia, which also stated that the rooms would be vacant 24 hours between guests for enhanced COVID procedures. Although the front desk told me that I would have to wait another 30 minutes before I could get my room, I requested to be put in another room. Thankfully, they were able to figure it out.

Péssimo atendimento! Fiz uma reserva com condições de cancelamento. Tive um imprevisto e não poderei comparecer. Fui informado que deveria enviar um e-mail solicitando o cancelamento, não respondem o e-mail e por telefone dizem que não podem ajudar e desligam a ligação. HORRÍVEL. não recomendo este hotel para ninguém.

Si bien las habitaciones son cómodas todo lo demás es deficiente. Nunca había las toallas correspondientes en l habitaciones y llegamos por la tarde y no estaba limpia. El desayuno horrible. Pagamos por dos desayunos y uno era sin gluten (solo era pan duro nada más) y el último día no había pan y no me devolvieron el dinero ni nada. El personal del desayuno no solo atiende mal sino que vi que tomaban jugo desde la jarra que luego servían a los huéspedes. Realmente no recomiendo este hotel.

Fourth Pestana hotel I have stayed in. The room was small but nice and everything was new. The breakfast was really bad. Small crowded place. Very limited food products. I've been waiting 30 minutes for scrambled eggs refill. I left the place hungry. I've stayed in Pestana Cascais and Barcelona and breakfast was always great.

Obrigada pela excelente hospitalidade e pelo excelente atendimento.As camas eram super confortáveis e o quarto era quase um apartamento. O rooftop também era incrível, a decoração era impressionante! Pude vir passar um fim de semana de aniversário com as minhas amigas a Lisboa e obrigada pelo vinho de oferta. Hotel MARAVILHOSO, a voltar com toda a certeza!

So pleased with the staff that checked us in. Acknowledged the issue we brought up with regarding their websites pictures when booking, and she did her best to address the issue, making us feel welcome and happy on our first day/first experience in Portugal! The rooms are tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The bathroom is well designed. The TV is huge. The selection of channels amazing. It is also quiet at night and the air inside the room feels great. Overall 10/10 for me as I felt very rested and at home here.

Great stay, great value, can’t go wrong with this hotel. Not sure either what people are moaning about with towels or bedsheets. Yeh the towels aren’t the most fluffy and the bedsheets aren’t the softest but if you want the Ritz go to the Ritz. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable, well appointed, lovely bathrooms. Beds a touch firm but weirdly very comfortable! Slept very well. Breakfast is modest, mix of pastries, breads, cheese, ham, fruit and some hot items like egg, bacon, mushrooms, baked beans. Not the most varied but plenty for most people. Staff muito atencioso, o que sem dúvida é um grande cartão de visita do hotel. Óptima localização a poucos minutos a pé da Av. da Liberdade. Toda a decoração do hotel é de muito bom gosto, os quartos são bons e como muitos comentários mencionam: o facto de estarmos no centro de Lisboa não interfere no descanso. Experiência a repetir!

Embora curta a estadia foi bastante boa, na verdade nada a apontar. Os quartos são óptimos, a cama confortável e a decoração muito agradável quanto à insonorização sendo um hotel no centro de Lisboa consegui descansar sem qualquer problema. Em relação ao Staff acho que melhor seria impossível, prestáveis, atenciosos e simpáticos. Recomendo vivamente!

POSITIVO: Quarto bem decorado, ainda que com alguns pormenores que parecessem "inacabados"; ótimo pequeno-almoço; funcionários simpáticos. NEGATIVO: A água do chuveiro não mantinha uma temperatura constante; alguns funcionários na recepção não usavam máscara; espaço para pequeno-almoço demasiado pequeno e no qual não era possível o devido distânciamento social.

POSITIVO: Habitación bien decorada, aunque con algunos detalles que parecen "inacabados"; gran desayuno; personal amigable. NEGATIVO: El agua de la ducha no mantuvo una temperatura constante; algunos miembros del personal de recepción no usaban máscara; espacio de desayuno demasiado pequeño y en el que la distancia social no era posible.

¡Muy satisfecho después de una noche en la habitación 504! Habitación bastante grande y de diseño poco convencional, cama grande, mobiliario funcional y moderno. El baño también está absolutamente bien. Ninguna gran vista desde la ventana fue compensada por un gran mural iluminado con vista a la ciudad, lo más destacado del hotel😀. - Toallas de algodón blanco, al menos eso es lo que creemos. - Presión de agua impecable en la ducha. - Habitaciones limpias y ordenadas - Los colchones son bastante duros, también es mejor para la columna vertebral😉, ambos dormimos muy bien - El registro de entrada es un poco lento pero el registro de salida es rápido, todo es amigable - la ubicacion es buena - no había reservado el desayuno - Deducción de un punto por paredes mal pintadas y la puerta del baño parece gastada después de unas semanas debido a un material elegido incorrectamente.Conclusión: buen hotel urbano al estilo de los hoteles Eurostar, nada de qué quejarse. También es fácil de imaginar durante varias noches.

Very satisfied after one night in room 504! Quite large and unconventionally designed room, large bed, practical and modern furnishings. Bathroom also absolutely fine. No great view from the window was offset by a great illuminated mural with city view - our highlight of the hotel😀. - White cotton towels, at least that's what we believe - Impeccable water pressure in the shower - Rooms clean and tidy - Mattresses are actually rather hard - it's also better for the spine😉, we both slept very well - Check-in a little slow but check-out quick, everything friendly - the location is good - had not booked breakfast - One point deduction for poorly painted walls and the bathroom door looks used up after a few weeks because of an unsuitably chosen material.Conclusion: good city hotel in the style of Eurostar Hotels, nothing to complain about. Also easy to imagine for several nights.

Hotel was great. Not sure why people above are giving out about towels. They are totally fine (I brought my own and didn't need them). Hotel so clean and and price mark was great. Location is 15/20min walk to center and beside the most beautiful parks (botanic gardens are not too far away). Staff so nice and mask wearing was good. Not all staff wore masks but most did. Current guidelines don't enforce it in workplaces apparently but I think all staff should wear them to make guests feel safe.

Este lugar es realmente triste, incluso un airbnb tiene toallas de algodón, este tenía poliéster. Lo mismo ocurre con las sábanas, son como una hoja de papel. Reservamos la suite para tener una mejor estadía, pero el sofá, ni siquiera te importa sentarse en él, es lo más difícil posible. Además, Internet es muy lento.

Las imágenes son solo retoques, nada se ve como en el sitio web, la cubierta de la cama es dura como el papel, poliéster en todas partes, un hotel respetable tiene una toalla de algodón, la suite junior que reservamos tiene muebles ikea ... ve a otro lugar, el sitio web presenta un restaurante y un bar en la azotea, pero no te dicen que la renovación no está terminada, está cerca de 300 $ la noche, es una estafa

This place is really sad, even an airbnb have cotton towels, this one, had polyester. Same in the bed sheets, they’re like a paper sheet. We booked the suite, to have a better stay but the sofa, don’t even mind sitting on it, is the hardest possible - Also the internet is really slow.
