“Houve um vacilo nesse hotel, furtaram uma bolsa no café da manhã de uma senhora com passaporte, dinheiro, celular e outros documentos pessoais. Pegaram na cadeira onde ela estava tomando café. Ela foi buffet pegar um yogorte quando voltou tinha desaparecido. Segundo nosso guia tem carteirista que se hospeda no hotel para furta. É bom hotel! Fica o aviso!”

“Positive: great air condition, comfortable bed, superb breakfast, good public transportation close to the hotel.
Negative: my room was prepared for 4 ppl, while I was alone, so I couldn’t use the couch. There was a door within the room (nr 527) where you can go through, even it was closed, I could here everything from the other room, it was not sound proofed. I asked for another room but since the hotel was fully booked they couldn’t give. I think in a 4 star hotel you should not listen everything loudly from your neighbor.”
