“We recently stayed for four nights at this hotel. From the very beginning we were greeted warmly from the lady who checked us in. I am very sorry I didn't get individual names but all the front desk staff was terrific. Upbeat attitudes from everyone. The breakfasts were so amazing that my husband thanked all the breakfast staff. Every worker in this hotel was extremely polite and helpful. Room cleanliness was A+. 24 hour coffee station was also a huge blessing. We will definitely stay there again.”

“I had to be between Miami and Fort Lauderdale for 2 separate cruises. I chose this hotel for its location which is about equal distance from each cruise port. I actually had 2 stays here, separated by my 2 cruises. I stayed for one night, checked out, and then returned 2 days later for a 2-night stay. The hotel has complimentary coffee and water in the lobby, and also complimentary breakfast each morning. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants, about a 10-minute walk. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a mini-fridge and coffee maker. The highlight of my 2 stays was the customer service. I asked if the hotel could hold part of my luggage for the 2 days I'd be on the cruise and until I checked back in. "No problem, of course" was the answer; nor was there any charge or holding fee to do so. I have to give a special shout out to Evangelina, who provided me excellent walking directions to the Target nearby, and who was always pleasant and helpful. I had an Amazon package delivered to the hotel and informed Evangelina and asked if she could call me in my room when it arrived, which she promptly did. The housekeeping staff was also helpful and attentive, promptly providing me with a couple of toiletry items I forgot to pack. My stay was very pleasant and I would definitely stay here again.”
