“Wasn't quite like the pictures, but was clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would warn about the parking garage. It is steep and VERY narrow! We ended up scratching the side of our rental car because it was too narrow. If you have a small car, this could be a good option. It was close to the beach and walkable things in Waikiki.”

“The customer service at Waikiki Malia by Outrigger is beyond exceptional. My wife and I had booked 5 nights for our 10-year anniversary. There was a mix up with our hotel shuttle for our departing flight into Honolulu, and though we were there nearly an hour before our flight, the airline had stopped accepting checked baggage, so we were forced to miss our flight. I called the hotel directly and the front desk rep, Robert, was very polite, professional and reassuring. We had to end up calling back when a manager was on shift to approve any refunds. They went ahead and approved a full refund, despite the late notice. We definitely will give them our business in the future as they have the Aloha spirit. Thank you so much.”
