“Honestly, I loved staying at this hotel. I loved waking up in the morning and going out onto the balcony and taking in the mesas and breathing in the fresh air.This hotel is actually a little south of Sedona in a spot called Oak Creek. An out of towner may have missed that while searching for a hotel in the area. Going to Sedona requires about a 10 minute drive north which wasn't a problem while we were there. During busier seasons though may be a little more of an issue.There were 4 of us staying there. The rooms were clean and large enough that we didn't feel cramped. The lobby had activities for the kids to keep them busy, and the pool was clean and well kept. I never had a problem finding a parking spot.The food was good, the drinks were good, and the patio was wonderful. Nothing like having a drink by a fire and looking up at the stars in Sedona. The maid service was great and the front desk was very helpful.I loved this hotel and I would stay here again.4 instead of 5 stars just because I wasn't there during peak season and don't really know how this place operates when truly tested with a full house.”

“En general un buen complejo con muchas comodidades. Realmente solo desayunamos en el resort, pero estuvo bien. Podría haber usado horas más largas en la piscina/bar en el patio. Prácticamente todos los invitados con los que hablé hicieron la misma declaración. Habría dado puntos de bonificación por el servicio junto a la piscina/patio, pero eso probablemente sea un problema de pandemia. Mi habitación era pequeña. Camas y TV... no hay espacio para una silla. Tenía un balcón ... literalmente, las sillas más incómodas en las que me he sentado. Usé almohadas para sentarme allí... solo para sentir un poco de espacio extra.El vestíbulo tenía una buena variedad de actividades familiares/niños:. Juegos de mesa gigantes, películas, etc.¿Iría de nuevo? Fuerte-tal vez. Buena ubicación para la base de senderismo y el servicio fue excelente.”
