“It’s dirty in here. Tables aren’t bus. Shuttle is literally nasty. Woman behind the desk is so. Incredibly. Rude. It’s ridiculous. Rude on the phone and even more rude in person. And they outright refuse to do their job.
Update:
Fire alarm went off all night long. Contrary to what the website says there’s no complimentary breakfast. Machine in the gym is out of order. The pool is out of order. No laundry facilities. Woke up to standing cloudy yellow water in my sink. Night front desk guys are wonderful though. Day time front desk women still suck.”

“My daughter and I went on 3 day vacation from Columbus Ohio to Phoenix Arizona. When we arrived, we had reservation with a different hotel. Those arrangements, did not work out. It was 8am, as you know check in isn't till 3pm. After out plans fell through, we immediately called the Radisson. They not only had rooms available, they also let us check in as soon as we arrived.
The front desk staff were really amazing, made us feel safe and important. Also made our check in easy and fast, as we were tired from travel.
The room was very clean and neat. I was very impressed with the style and comfort of the room.
The hotel also provided breakfast and lunch. There was a bar for relaxing. And a heated pool.
There was also a shuttle bus available to the hotel and back to the airport for departure. Very very convenient.
Everything was amazing. The stay made our vacation extra great.”
