“Hotel staff was very attentive and helpful. Upon arrival, a desk clerk gave us helpful tips and stored our bags until check in. Breakfast was good. Rooms were modern, spacious and clean. Hotel is in a very convenient location, closest to the Vatican but away from the foot traffic. Would not hesitate staying here again.”

“Fairly and potentially racist gentleman behind the front desk that will most likely ask for your room key and last name for confirmation of your stay. Especially if you're coming in after 8pm. The stay was fine but that situation really took me for a loop. I even sat in the lobby for about 30 more minutes to see if he'd confirm anyone else's stay but everyone else had the green light. I must have looked suspicious 🙄. Way to make your guests feel welcome sir.”
