Veio da Austrália para visitar Dallas e este bar estava na minha lista de tarefas. Ótimas bebidas e uma vista muito boa e música, mas algumas recepcionistas são rudes, eu estava em pé ao lado de uma “mesa reserva” e ninguém estava lá, e ela ficava tentando me tirar dela. Ninguém apareceu por uma hora. Além disso, todos os banheiros são sujos e não têm papel higiênico. E este deveria ser um bar de luxo em um hotel.Estarei de volta em alguns dias / semanas e na esperança de uma experiência melhor.

No microwave or mini fridge. Separate sitting area means a couch by the bed. Veiw is nice though. Not even close to worth it for the price.Update to add that I specifically picked a room with a photo of a very obvious separate living area with what appeared to be a silver mini fridge so we were forced to leave any leftovers out overnight. That I could have dealt with but no microwave was a massive inconvenience as most delivery food needs to be heated or reheated. I am going thru chemo and radiation and can only eat and drink warm/hot foods so I was pleased that there was at least a coffee machine I could make tea with but no matter how many times I tried I could only get MAYBE half a cup of lukewarm water with old coffee grounds out of it. There was also a sitting stool in almost every picture of the shower which was not there and made it extremely inconvenient as I prefer to shower and must have a shower chair as I barely have the strength to lift myself out of a bathtub. There's no way I would ever stay in this hotel again especially for over $650 for TWO nights, valet, and a dog.

Came from Australia to visit Dallas and this bar was on my to do list. Great drinks and a really nice view and music but some female hostesses are rude, I was standing next to a “reserve table” and nobody was there, and she kept trying to take me away from it. Nobody showed up for an hour. Plus, y’all bathrooms are dirty, and have no toilet paper. And this was supposed to be an upscale bar in a hotel. I will be back in a few days/weeks and hoping for a better experience.

Há muitas coisas boas sobre este hotel, mas no geral o ruim definitivamente superou o ruim.Boas coisas: - Scott, o concierge - ele conhecia muito bem as atrações e restaurantes locais e ajudou muito a fazer RSVPs - Over Easy é um dos destaques do imóvel - o gerente é excelente; a comida é ótima assim como o serviço - os quartos são muito confortáveis e a tecnologia é boa - os banheiros são como um spa e, embora nossos amigos não se importassem com o conceito de chuveiro aberto em seus quartos, gostamos do nosso.Coisas ruins (apenas algumas delas): - ninguém exigia que os hóspedes usassem máscaras na altura de Covid ... não era um ambiente seguro para nós - a comunicação entre a equipe é terrível. Ninguém responde às perguntas da mesma forma, e isso vai desde quais restaurantes estão abertos ou até quando eles estão servindo comida - a porta da frente é uma porta dupla e não automatizada, então você tem dificuldade para abrir as portas e raramente havia alguém para ajudar com a porta ou as malas - o saguão tem um cheiro terrível, mas não o tempo todo - é como se eles tivessem um problema de encanamento que vai e vem - as portas do banheiro não têm fechaduras ... portas deslizantes do celeiro sem trava - o estacionamento custa $ 36 / noite - não foi possível encontrar publicado - nas noites em que estivemos lá, o hotel alugou espaço para um evento especial, que atraiu uma multidão enorme, uma multidão que eles não tinham equipe adequada para lidar e a multidão ficou mais rebelde, brigas aconteciam entre convidados / participantes, garotas estavam vomitando no saguão, desmaiados nos corredores, e a polícia foi chamada à cena, tudo depois que o hotel tinha caras na propriedade agindo como guardas de segurança com emblemas de metal falsos em seus pescoços. A equipe do Hilton inicialmente agiu como se não pudesse se importar menos quando expressamos nossas preocupações, mas eventualmente Josh, um de seus proprietários, se aproximou e tentou ajudar. Josh e Quinten nos prometeram um reembolso e ainda não o recebemos.

There are many great things about this hotel, but overall the bad definitely outweighed the bad.Good Things: - Scott, the concierge - he was very knowledgeable about local attractions and restaurants and big help with making RSVPs - Over Easy is a highlight of the property - their manager is excellent; food is great as is the service - the rooms are very comfy and the tech is nice - bathrooms are spa like and although our friends didn't care for the open-shower concept in their room, we liked ours.Bad Things (just some of them): - no one requiring guests wear masks in the height of Covid ... it wasn't a safe environment for us - communication across team is terrible. No one answers questions the same, and this is all the way down to what restaurants are open or until when are they serving food - the front door is a double door and not automated, so you struggle with getting doors open and rarely was someone there to help with the door or bags - the lobby smells terrible, but not all the time - it's like they have a plumbing problem that's comes and goes - bathroom doors have no locks...sliding barn doors with no latch - parking is $36/night - couldn't find published - the nights we were there, the hotel leased out space to a special event, which drew huge crowds, a crowd they were not staffed correctly to handle, and the crowd grew unruly, fights happened between guests/attendees, young girls were throwing up in the lobby, passed out in the hallways, and police were called on scene, all after the hotel had guys on property acting as security guards with fake metal badges around their necks. Hilton staff initially acted as if they could care less when we voiced concerns, but eventually Josh, one of their owners stepped up an tried to help. We were promised a refund by Josh and Quinten and have yet to receive it.

Ao longo da minha estada, procurei a outra estrela. Está listado como um hotel de 4 estrelas, mas é mais como um 2.5 ou 3. Quando dizem que é uma coleção de curiosidades .. Acredite! É como entrar em uma cápsula do tempo. Meu filho não acreditava que era um Hilton .. Isso fala volumes !! A melhor parte sobre este hotel é a equipe. O gerente Rodney é incrível e faz de tudo para garantir que você tenha uma estadia confortável. Os manobristas são incríveis, mas eu não contaria com eles realmente tendo seu carro parado por um certo tempo. Tentei várias vezes e a cada vez tive que descer e esperar. Não há nenhum estacionamento mencionável além do manobrista, a menos que você queira pagar no parquímetro a cada duas horas. Eu realmente gostaria que eles atualizassem aquelas terríveis vidraças de metal. Odiava o banheiro. Tem uma configuração estranha. Por exemplo, eu tive que entrar no chuveiro para secar minhas mãos depois de lavá-las na pia, sem privacidade no chuveiro e a porta deslizante do banheiro não fechava. Fui colocado no que deveria ser um quarto para animais de estimação, mas tive permissão para mudar de quarto. Throughout my stay I was looking for the other star. It's listed as a 4 star hotel but it's more like a 2.5 or 3. When they say it's a curio collection.. Believe It!! It's like walking into a time capsule. My son didn't believe it was a Hilton.. That speaks volumes!! The best part about this hotel is the staff. Manager Rodney is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. Valet guys are awesome but I wouldn't count on them actually having your car down by a certain time. I tried several times and each time I had to go downstairs and wait. There's not really any mentionable parking other than valet unless you want to pay at the street meters every couple of hours. I really wish they would update those dreadful metal window panes. Hated the bathroom. It has a weird set up. For example, I had to walk into the shower to dry off my hands after washing them at the sink, no shower privacy and the sliding bathroom door wouldn't close. I was placed in what had to be a pet friendly room, but was allowed to change rooms. Both rooms had stains on the carpet, but at least the furniture wasn't ate out in the second room. The rooms are also really compact. Can't say I'll be back

Very nice hotel with helpful staff. Great location in downtown Dallas with only a short walk to popular restaurants/locations. Nice small park directly in front of hotel. Would stay again while in Dallas 👍.

Que belo edifício e entrada. Pessoal muito simpático, mas você deve cuidar das pessoas que trabalham naquele prédio, eles são a cara de tudo. Estamos muito próximos de ter uma sociedade sem dinheiro, então o fato de eu não poder dar gorjeta aos seus funcionários por meio do método sem dinheiro me incomoda. Eu sou tudo sobre soluções. Cada funcionário do serviço deve ter um número que permita que seus convidados avaliem o serviço prestado e recebam uma gorjeta. Em vez disso, pode ser por meio do Clover ou de algum outro software de PDV. Faça isso acontecer com seu manobrista, recepção, serviço de limpeza e outros funcionários de serviço. Estamos em 2020. Cuide das pessoas que cuidam de VOCÊ! Seja ousado como aqueles veículos que você estacionou em frente ao seu hotel. Faça algo que grave o seu lugar na história, e quando você me convidar. Dra. What a beautiful building and entry way. Very friendly staff, but you must take care of your people that work in that building, they are the face of everything. We are very close to having a cashless society, so the fact that I can not tip your staff through a cashless method bothers me. I am all about solutions. Every service employee should have a number that allows your guests to give a rating for their service and a tip to be received. Rather it be through Clover or some other POS software. Make that happen for your valet, front desk, housekeeping, and other service staff. This is 2020. Take care of the people that take care of YOU! Be bold as those vehicles you have parked in front of your hotel. Do something that etches the your place in history, and when you do invite me. Dr. Nikki!

Eu amo esse hotel. É muito bom. I dá um toque moderno / chique. Eu não cheguei ao topo ainda, mas, supostamente, há uma bela piscina lá em cima. Vou postar fotos mais tarde. Boas visualizações! Atualizar ... fotos das piscinas. As fotos escuras são da piscina da cobertura e as durante o dia são da piscina residencial do 4º andar. Ambas as piscinas e ambientes são muito bons. Eu senti como se estivesse fazendo uma promoção sensual de modelo na piscina da cobertura. É definitivamente um local para um encontro romântico, um tempo com suas meninas / meninos no bar interno e externo, cabanas e lugares para sentar em abundância. Embora eu não tenha pedido comida ... também não me lembro de ter cheirado nenhuma comida. No entanto, havia um bar aberto. A piscina residencial é o que minha filha mais gosta. É muito bom. Devo dizer que na segunda noite parecia que os casais saíam à noite. Eu estava rezando para que beijos e abraços íntimos fossem tudo que ela veria (mesmo que fosse um pouco demais para uma piscina pública). De qualquer forma, isso para mim é mais um problema moral individual, quando você não consegue resistir na frente das crianças. Mas, avançando ... há uma churrasqueira ao ar livre, bar, cabanas e área de estar com TV. No geral, um lugar muito agradável. A comida é da Over Easy. Nosso garçom foi muito legal e amigável.

I love this hotel. It's really nice. I gives a modern/chic feel. I haven't made it to the roof top yet but, there's supposedly a nice pool up there. I'll post pics later of it. Nice views! Update...pics if the pools. The dark pics are of the rooftop pool and the daytime pics are of the 4th floor residential side pool. Both pools and atmospheres are really nice. I felt like I was doing a sensual modeling promo at the rooftop pool. It is definitely a spot for a romantic date, time out with your girls/boys at the indoor and outdoor bar, and, cabanas and sitting places galore. While I didn't order food...I also don't remember smelling any food either. There was an open bar, though. The residential pool is what my daughter like most. It's really nice. I will say, the second night it seemed like couples night out. I was praying that kissing and intimate hugs would be all she'd see (even that was a bit much for a public pool). Anyhow, that to me is more of an individual moral problem, when you can't resist in front of kids. But, moving forward...there's an outdoor grill, bar, cabanas, and sitting area with a tv. Overall, a really nice place. The food is from Over Easy. Our waiter was really cool and friendly.

From The beginning with confirming my reso, the staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel itself is nice, and for the most part clean, the only thing I could suggest, is steam cleaning or replacing the carpet, there was an area on our carpet that was stained. But not crazy bad. The bathroom is nicely done & clean! , I suggest putting towels on the floor, to prevent from falling. The food service was decent. And for the younger crowd, there’s a cool lounge club vibe at nights, my husband & I accidentally went, lol, but wind up having a great time. I received a text, from an Ivan Juarez, asking if our stay was going well, I had one request, and within minutes had my request granted. That was awesome. Over all, a great Over night stay!

No lo recomiendo para nada. Es muy ruidoso por el bar que tiene en la última planta. Tiene muy pocos servicios para un hotel de su categoría como su falta de piscina y jacuzzi. Es bien caro y ofrece poco. El desayuno es mediocre y muy limitado para Hilton miembros. No tiene parking y solo tiene un vergonzoso y costoso valet servicio que te hace perder tiempo a costa de una tradición más propia del siglo XIX. No hay nada especial en downtown Dallas así que mejor quedarse en cualquier otro hotel que ofrezca una mejor calidad precio.
