“Our stay was perfect! From the east shuttle pick up at the airport, beautiful modern rooms and wonderful staff!!! It’s attached to an amazing upscale mall with soo many restaurants and bars! We missed our flight and had to stay in Tampa, but we are literally coming back to actually vacation and shop next month just because of the time we had!”

“room was noisy, dirty, ice machine did not work, called front desk for an hour to get some for a special celebration and we missed it because they were so rude, they would not bring up ice , they made me call 4 times and half the time would not answer. finally talked to "Daniel" so called manager.he was extremely rude. had to call front desk for security in the middle of the night for noise. I askedSuzanne the next morning how to reach upper manager. she told me she was able to help because she read the email of how horrible our experience had been and offered a refund. she also offered a free night and points for future for the horrible experience. The hotel charged our room and did not refund. Finally talked to Suzanne, she lied and told me she did not offer both and that points can not be reversed. I asked for her manager,he refused to call me or my daughter , she gave them a bad review and that is the only way "Daniel Morales " so called room operation manager sent her an email refusing to refund the room.we will be contacting his manager and corporate as well as sharing how horrid the managers and hotel are at the International mall in Tampa!! o quarto era barulhento, sujo, a máquina de gelo não funcionava, liguei para a recepção por uma hora para obter alguns para uma celebração especial e perdemos porque eles eram tão rudes, não traziam gelo, me fizeram ligar 4 vezes e meia o tempo não responderia. finalmente falei com "Daniel" chamado manager.he foi extremamente rude. tive que ligar para a recepção para a segurança no meio da noite por causa do barulho. Perguntei a Suzanne na manhã seguinte como entrar em contato com o gerente superior. ela me disse que poderia ajudar porque leu o e-mail de como nossa experiência havia sido horrível e ofereceu um reembolso. ela também ofereceu uma noite grátis e pontos para o futuro pela experiência horrível. O hotel cobrou nosso quarto e não reembolsou. Finalmente conversei com Suzanne, ela mentiu e me disse que não ofereceu os dois e que pontos não podem ser revertidos. Perguntei pelo gerente dela, ele se recusou a ligar para mim ou para minha filha, ela deu uma crítica ruim e essa é a única maneira de "Daniel Morales", o chamado gerente de operação do quarto, enviar um e-mail se recusando a reembolsar o quarto. entraremos em contato com o gerente e a empresa dele, além de compartilhar como os gerentes e o hotel são horríveis no shopping internacional em Tampa!”
