“So to start it off, If you get booked in the back building, you better go ahead and just tell them to move you to the front.
My wife amd I arrived at the hotel and got put in room 263. Walked in and it looked okay. We awoke in the morning to roaches and the little bugs all over everything. We changed rooms first thing. The next room we moved to was in the very front, and thankfully, had no bugs. However, the room had a water leak from somewhere into the carpet next to the bathroom and caused a weird smell and humidity. The carpet was filthy and sticky and made your feet black on the bottom.The hotel was recently purchased by a company, and hopefully they turn it around.”
