“So sad because last time we where here we loved it but man has the service gone down hill i don't know if it is because of the new trainees but even non trainees we're off there game. The part that really disappointed me was when I fell and scraped both knees we asked for some alcohol and bandages and no one would help sent me to 4 different employees and not one ask if i was ok mean while both of my knees were dripping blood. The guest relations person only wanted to make sure we were not going to sue and wanted me to go all the was to the other resort to fill out a report before being able to get me bandages. It really sucked. We really like the amenities but don't know if we want to come back. 😢”
