Excelente hotel super limpo super central mas o melhor é a atenção e principalmente no restaurante recomendo a Sra. Olga E o Roberto são os MELHORES !!! Obrigado pessoal pela atenção e alguns deliciosos cafés da manhã Por aqui a gente sempre vai voltar

I rarely stay at Hilton properties but chose this one because of the Hilton name and reputation. That was a mistake. We had several problems with a strong mildew smell in the room. After mentioning it and being changed to another room with the same issue we just gave up. In the restaurant we ordered a wine on the menu but it was substituted for something entirely different without us being told. After the first glass we knew it was not right but were told they did not have what we ordered and were not offered any refund or exchange. The shower was good. On future trips too Barranquilla I will definitely being someplace else.

A little of my experience at the Hilton GardenInn Barranquilla on April 07, 2021:1. Initially I got assigned a room that was already taken by someone else or there was someone in the room when I went to my room. The door was locked from inside. They helped me at the front desk to get another room. 2. The second room that I got assigned was recently sprayed with insecticide earlier that day, apparently was a room that was supposed to be closed to the public, but somehow got assigned to me, the smell was very penetrating and definitely was not a safe environment to stay. They helped me again at the front desk to get another room. 3. The staff at the front desk apologized and assigned a third room to me, this time I left my belongings in the room, turned on the AC, and left to explore the city, upon my arrival in the evening, there was water leaking from the AC unit, the problem seems to be old because there is already changes in the paint of the walls by water damage. The noise of the water leak was unbearable, so I requested another room.Apparently, the maintenance of the building is very poor or my impression is that the quality of room inspections prior to the assignment is insufficient. But I must emphasize that staff is very polite and extremely friendly.Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel.
