Tive problemas na reserva e os funcionários foram muito atenciosos. A estrutura é comum a hotéis do porte, assim como o cardápio. Mas o atendimento de check-in foi o diferencial.

This hotel is wonderful! The staff is always happy and smiling :) everyone is always willing to help u with any of ur needs! They go above and beyond here! The food is pretty amazing, specially their breakfast! Great location. Near by everything, including a mall with some pretty awesome shops! I would come back to Barranquilla just to experience this hotel stay! Thank u!!!

I stayed in the Crowne Plaza Barranquilla for about 2 months and I can say I had such an amazing experience. Staying there for so long I got to meet some wonderful people everyone was so friendly and caring from the moment you walk in you have Aumary and Junior greet you and take your bags and always are attentive to your needs, can ask them any questions in regards to the area or if you need anything. The cleaning ladies were also friendly, would leave me notes if I wasn’t in the room telling me to get better, such a nice touch. Don’t get me started with the incredible restaurant staff if I had any special request they had no problem in accommodating me. Of course after being there for two months they all knew me by name and I also want to give them a shout out: Onelsy, Heriberto, Eliana, Freddy, Steffi, Angie, Bertha, Edgar, Ojeda, Umaña, Carlos, Sergio, Daniel, Wilson, Giovanna .. I never felt so welcomed in a hotel thank you so much for everything. I will definitely recommend the stay here!

Llevo un buen tiempo usando los servicios del hotel, pero me está decepcionando su atención. Recién entrando a la habitación, la ama de llaves abrió la habitación sin saber que estaba ocupada. Al siguiente día regreso del trabajo y están haciendo la limpieza a las 5:30 pm teniendo que entrar y estar con el ama de llaves hasta que acabara de organizar. El desayuno se hace repetitivo, no hay variedad. Tampoco se han esforzado en agregar cosas nuevas en el menú del room service, desde hace dos años es el mismo. Se percibe demasiado el ruido exterior. Que lastima, se está perdiendo lo que inicialmente llamo tanto la atención de este hotel.

Buena atención, buen servicio, buena relacion calidad/precio se puede disfrutar de un buen cóctel con esas bonitas vistas desde la piscina. En el desayuno te ofrecemos unos mini fritos típicos regionales que están buenísimos. Volvería sin duda, lo único es la habitación que me pareció pequeña

Esta foi uma estadia tão confortável para mim!!! Junior foi útil desde o momento em que cheguei até o momento em que saí. Eu não sou um falante fluente de espanhol, então ele também foi super útil com a comunicação. Fiquei cerca de três semanas e tive a suíte de negócios (ótima escolha)! Eu comia no hotel a maior parte do tempo e a comida era boa, então não me cansei. A piscina é linda e alguns dias eu ficava lá em cima para trabalhar remotamente. Houve música ao vivo algumas noites, o que foi muito bom. Não houve problemas com nada e fiquei muito feliz por ter escolhido este hotel em relação às outras opções. Com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente e eu recomendo.

Normalmente não escrevo comentários, mas o serviço que experimentei foi excepcional. Fiz o check-in mais cedo hoje e, enquanto estava no banheiro, minha porta se abriu, alguém entrou e saiu rapidamente. Verifiquei estava tudo normal. Presumi que era segurança ou arrumação que simplesmente cometeu um erro. Mas eu mencionei para a recepção quando desci as escadas algumas horas depois. Eles levaram muito a sério. Primeiro eles foram muito apologéticos. Então, para minha surpresa, eles me trouxeram uma bandeja de carne e queijo de cobra junto com mais desculpas. Então, pouco tempo depois, o chefe de segurança veio ao meu quarto e explicou quem era e como eu pensei que era um erro. Então ele me mostrou um vídeo da governanta entrando no meu quarto. Estou muito impressionado com o serviço e fiquei aqui antes e novamente no futuro.

This was such a comfortable stay for me!!! Junior was helpful from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. I’m not a fluent Spanish speaker so he was also super helpful with communication. I stayed about three weeks and had the business suite (great choice)! I ate at the hotel much of the time and the food was good so I didn’t get tired of it. The pool is beautiful and some days I stayed up there to work remotely. There was live music some nights, which was pretty good. There were no issues with anything and I was really happy I chose this hotel over the other options. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.

I normally don't write reviews, but the service I experienced was exceptional. I checked in earlier today and while on the toilet my door opened someone stepped in and quickly left. I checked everything was normal. I assumed it was security or housekeeping that simply made a mistake. But I did mention to the front desk when I went down stairs a few hours later. They took it very serious. First they were very aplogetic. Then to my surprise they brought me a meat and cheese snake tray along with more apologies. Then a short time later the head of security came to my room explained who it was and like I thought was a mistake. Then he showed me video of the housekeeper entering my room. I am very impressed with the service and have stayed here before and will again in the future.

Es agradable y bonito.El menú no es muy variado, lo único que le falta para ser un hotel genial es mejorar en la organización de las comidas, a la hora del desayuno se hacen unas largas filas y se ve mal en Lobby esa situación, le da mal aspecto y bueno la comida no es muy variada.

El hotel es muy bonito, pero tiene muchas falencias... Por ejemplo queda al frente de un mall de rumba hasta las 3 am y se escucha música estridente hasta es ahora, adicional a eso se escucha todo lo de la habitación aledaña, mucha fila para el desayuno y no pudimos usar la piscina una tarde de nuestra estadía porque habían reservado el lugar para un cliente externo no huésped....
