“reception should learn how to smile! After a very long day of driving and working we pulled into the hotel and inquired about a room. A male receptionist looked up nodes his head then gets on a phone call and just leaves us hanging. The worst customer service ever! In the end after 10 minutes I had to ask another employee if they had availability. She says no, and sorry. Why make us wait and not say anything. unbelievable. good thing just 2 blocks down the street hotel Casa Reyna was amazing”
