“I would not recommend this hotel at all!! There was a total of 47 of us in a Pilgrimage Tour and the hotel staff was completely rude!! Especially down when we had our breakfast buffet when we asked one of the waitresses for a cup of tea and she completely rolled her eyes as though it was a bother!! She didn’t say a word, not even thank you, excuse me. She was dressed in a dark color uniform and her hair pulled up! I mentioned this to our tour guide and she agreed that everyone of us complained and we are pulling out of this hotel chain for any future use!!! You want business, but you can’t perform professionally”
