“I specifically called before I made my reservation and asked about the deposit amount and if my card would be accepted. For whatever reason sometimes my PayPal credit card is not accepted at certain hotels . Knowing that I made sure to ask about that card with the person on the phone and they had told me it would be absolutely no problem , there were no types of cards they did not accept. When I arrived around midnight I was tired and just wanted to get into bed. I was refused as they tried to charge me more than triple the deposit I was quoted on the phone and on top of that when they saw my card they stated that they would not be able to accept it even though I had explicitly asked that when I made before I made the reservation. I made all of this known to the person that was checking me in and they could not have cared less. The person at the front desk was apathetic and did absolutely nothing to help me in my situation. I even started to tear up because I was so tired, as I had been traveling all day and I got no sympathy or empathy whatsoever. The man at the front desk basically said that's not my problem and wrote me off. And of course it was going to take between 3 to 5 business days to get the charge reversed on my card even though I had not been able to stay.”

“Stayed here due to Training for breeze. Staff was amazing, any concerns or questions, they had answers to. any problems, they fixed them right away! I even asked for a rice cooker and the manager Justin went out and bought some! Talk about initiative! K was amazing she was really really cool , she let me play with Her two puppies pretty much everytime she was there, which gave me good luck and definitely reduced stress, the puppies we’re practically my best friends . K was super sweet and helpful as well, personally I think she deserves a healthy raise for the way she went above and beyond! Solid staff and hotel. Would definitely stay there again! Love you guys! -Micheal”
