The best thing I can say about this property is that the staff are all friendly and helpful. All for a room that does NOT face the loading docks as I was woken up on 2 days with noise from the garbage dumpsters being picked up before 6am. The walls are not very soundproof, and if the people in the next room had their tv on, I could hear it.

King bed room was nice, but no refrigerator or microwave. Poor location lacking in restaurants and bars/breweries plus not that near the ski canyons. Hot tub and pool were not available for 3 days and front desk staff didn't know why or when it would reopen. I won't stay here again for Utah skiing.

We went there to celebrate my birthday and relax and use the pool and hot tub.The water in the pool was like a green color there was visible dirt in the pool.Also the hot tub was scalding hot could not even sit in it.Our skin was red when we got out.The mattress on the beds were not stable they moved slid every time we moved very annoying! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Room was obviously smoking prior to my stay. Management was kind and courteous. The room would have been okay other than that. The upstairs noises are easily heard based on the old frame of the building and lack of insulation. Forget about sleeping in past 7:30 AM without earplugs. This place is utilitarian, not luxury.

We were visiting from out of town and a friend originally reserved our room with their hotel discount at a different Hampton Inn. However, plans fell through and we had to find a hotel closer to the event; and we had to book it the same day because we were traveling out there in less than 5 hours! It was stressing me out that we were heading out of state with no set place to stay. But it was so easy to book a room - and it was even better when the incidental fee was waived! I went on Google to find a decent hotel that was close to the event we were attending. Hampton Inn SLC/Murray popped up and I immediately scrolled through the website and room availability. The price for 1 night was affordable and it came with complimentary breakfast. I signed up for a Hilton Honors account (which is free) and booked a room with two Queen beds. The host who checked us in and the other who checked us out were great! Our room was cozy and clean. What took it home for me was the delicious breakfast!!!!!! What a blessing when the food is tasty and the options are plentiful. Thank you for making this experience so nice for me. All in all, I was very pleased and grateful that everything turned out well. We will be back & look forward to another stay! Again... 5 stars on the breakfast! Shout out to the cook or whoever manages the Kitchen :)
