“Just checked into the hotel so this is a preliminary review but right off the bat the staff was pretty rude and short at the front desk. We excitedly shared that it’s our first time in Savannah and we’re celebrating our first anniversary and would love some recs. They couldn’t be bothered, barely told us about the hotel/amenities/dining or surrounding areas, restaurants. Not even a smile and congrats. Wasn’t like there was a rush at the front desk, no line behind us. The moment we walked off, the lady was on her cell phone. You’d think they’d treat Gold members a little nicer but I guess too much to ask. First impressions are lasting but really hope the rest of our trip goes better 🤷🏻♀️”

“Every person we came in contact with during our brief stay was so helpful and kind. I especially appreciated Cedric’s wonderful recommendations and assistance. The complimentary champagne made our first stay together that much more sweet and beautiful. If you’re looking for a gorgeous hotel with amazing views and the MOST romantic atmosphere ya... if you haven’t heard about the spa tub that opens into the room... 😍 imagine that WITH the champagne, WITH a view of the river, WITH the huge ships steaming by... if you can’t find romance there, you’re doing it wrong😉”
