“My room was spacious but the bathroom was quite run-down with peeling paint and a bad shower/bath. The worst part of the experience was the red cockroaches that appeared every night. I complained to management that I should change room or they should put in a treatment for the cockroaches but nothing happened, the management just ignored me. This is disappointing when I was paying them over $2000 for my stay. It is a lottery which room you will get and overall I would not recommend it and found it dirty.”

“Beautiful historical building. Fantastic staff, special gratitude to Hector.We stayed in a comfortable, clean apartment. Lovely big bed, spacious living area and loved the shower.We love New York and have visited this beautiful city times before and enjoyed this visit just as much.
