“It was clean and I loved the small sofa area. Cozy! However, I don’t like the design when the bathroom and toilet rooms are right in front of the beds. In addition, There’s no lock on the door, and with such big gap between the wall and the sliding doors, any noise from the bathroom can be heard easily. No privacy… I needed to ask my teenager son to go downstairs so that I could sit on the toilet comfortably… the hotel maintenance person couldn’t adjust the doors and mentioned that NO one ever complained about the doors and the layout of the room… I don’t understand how people could use the toilet when the sliding door can’t be closed properly and it feels like the toilet sits right beside the beds… Nonetheless, I loved the breakfast!! Very delicious and all of the hotels should have the same breakfast buffet as Springhill San Jose hotel.”

“This hotel is conveniently located near Mineta San Jose International Airport. Though the travel distance from the airport is not so short as it may appear, I can walk to the airport in 20 minutes. The room is large enough, well-maintained, and clean. Nothing to complain.”
