“Challenging. Difficult to get to because of road construction. The main revolving door was blocked off and two of the three elevators were out of commission. The room was nice, but both the room and the bathroom were small. The bathroom was especially tight and there was no place to hang the towels! It was difficult to get to the window even to close the curtains. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the extra touches and the ability to fill out a form when we bought a few items from the grab & go downstairs. Proximity to the airport is very good. It was very quiet. Some wear and tear on the furniture. Nice that they include a fan in the closet.”

“The wood surfaces of our room, TV console, nightstand, etc., all have wet stain/varnish on them which has caused trouble with our items and hands. It doesn't wash easily! There is no AC and the temperature in our room is close to 80°, with the front desk saying there is nothing they can do as it is a central unit with a set temp. The website advertises a heated pool and pictures show a hot tub. The pool is definitely not heated and was so cold we couldn't stay in it long. There is no longer a working hot tub! We asked for and was told we were getting a double queen room but we received a full size(double) beds instead of queens. We will not be staying here again and I do not recommend.”
