A localização e a excelente vista. Área infantil grande, mas o branco do piso incomoda os pais que cuidam dos nossos filhos, sugiro pintá-la. A piscina estava muito suja por vários dias, até que foi limpa depois que pedimos.

La ubicación y la vista excelente. Área de niños grande, pero molesta lo blanco del piso a los papás que cuidamos nuestros niños, sugiero pintarlo. La alberca estuvo muy sucia varios días, hasta que la limpiaron después que se los pedimos.

El hotel es muy bonito, la comida está súper rica, el único problema fue el check in porque nos hicieron esperar y formar varias veces para entregarnos la habitación, pero fuera de eso, el servicio y atención fue excelente 🙌🏻 muy recomendable!!

A equipe ao redor do resort foram simpáticos e prestativos. O lugar está mostrando sua idade e precisa de alguma atualização. Minha maior decepção é que você é muito limitado para opções rápidas de restaurantes externos. Há um Starbucks e, em seguida, cerca de três quartos de quilômetro de distância e área de 'food truck' - o que é decente. Caso contrário, táxi ou ônibus para mais opções.

Condições de quarto terríveis, dão preferência a estrangeiros, comida muito ruim e nada variável. Banheiros nas áreas comuns sujos cheirando muito mal, Don Mario o garçom que nos atendeu muito gentilmente e coloca muito Dedicação ao seu trabalho, se você for ao restaurante principal, pergunte por ele, ele é um dos poucos funcionários que vale a pena, quase todos têm rosto, claro que não deixamos dólares. Minha filha ficou doente do estômago e o médico do hotel queria me cobrar US $ 130 pela consulta, então saímos para procurar um médico. Péssimo atendimento, não recomendo de jeito nenhum.

Um hotel de 4 estrelas, ele precisa melhorar um pouco mais em algumas coisas para tornar a sua estadia um pouco mais agradável. Quando você chega na recepção eles te tratam bem e são amigável, embora no meu caso eles levam um tempo para entregar os quartos, os quartos são principalmente limpo, porque às vezes há algum detalhe higiene. só os restaurantes são algumas vezes saturadas e se você ir para comer com sua família, às vezes você tem que esperar para as tabelas a ser desocupado, a comida é boa, mas não há muita variedade no buffet, porque não é a mesma coisa todos os dias, muda um pouco nas diferentes horas do dia. Há piscinas para crianças e há várias atividades para que eles se divirtam. A praia é muito bonita e você pode relaxar em uma cadeira e apreciar as bebidas e a bela vista da praia. Eu gostei da experiência em geral, eu recomendo que se você vir como uma família e ter filhos.

Condiciones de las habitaciones pésimas, dan preferencia al extranjero, comida muy mala y nada variable. Baños de áreas comunes sucios oliendo muy mal, Don Mario el mesero que nos atendió muy amable y le pone mucho a Empeño a su trabajo, si van al restaurante principal, pidan por el, es de los pocos del staff que vale la pena, casi todos andan con cara, claro no dejamos dólares. Mi hija se enfermo del estómago y el doctor del hotel me quería cobrar 130 dólares la consulta, nos fuimos a fuera a buscar doctor. Pésimo servicio, no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

Un hotel 4 estrellas, le falta mejorar un poco más en algunas cosas para que sea un poco más agradable su estancia. Al llegar en recepción te atienden bien y son amables, aunque en mi caso se tardan un poco en entregar las habitaciones, las habitaciones están limpias en su mayoría porque en ocasiones hay algún detalle de higiene. Los restaurantes en ocasiones están saturados y si vas a comer en familia a veces tienes que esperar a que se desocupen las mesas, la comida es buena pero en el bufet no hay mucha variedad porque todos los días hay lo mismo, solo cambia un poco en las diferentes horas del día. Hay albercas para niños y hay varias actividades para que se diviertan. La playa esta muy bonita y puedes descansar tranquilamente en una silla y disfrutar de las bebidas y la hermosa vista de la playa. Me gustó la experiencia en general, lo recomiendo si vienes en familia y tienes hijos.

The staff around the resort were friendly and helpful.The place is showing its age and needs some updating.My biggest disappointment is that you are very limited for quick offsite restaurant choices.There is a Starbucks and then about a three quarters of kilometer away and 'food truck' area - which is decent. Otherwise taxi or bus for more options.

Not worth the money. The worst all inclusive experience. Foodwise, the buffet is mediocre, good enough to get by at best. The burger place that is open during the day when the buffet is closed, serves very poor quality burgers, hot dogs and fries. Unless you are starving the place should be avoided. The cafe inside the hotel has decent coffee, but the pastries and sandwiches are less than ok. On our last day my companion was awarded with food poisoning leaving even sourer taste of the place. Be prepared to eat outside of the hotel for way better food quality. As nice as the bartenders are they make terrible , diluted drinks that are either too sour or too sweet with close to nothing alcohol. The only food place that is worth going to is the italian restaurant. Internet is as fast as a snail both in the lobby and in the room that you have to pay for extra. The $200 coupons included in the stay are pretty much useless as they can only be applied at another resort with an exception of a bottle of wine or tequila available for purchase at Sunscape. For massage you would have to go to another hotel. There is no-one ever at the activity desk, so do not expect any help from the hotel in selecting and booking any tours. To top that off the beach is apparently divided between members and non members of the hotel. If you accidentally cross that line whichyou actually have not even been informed of, you get to be politely booted out even if there are empty spaces around. The hotel management needs to either up their game or lower the prices. Regrettably I would not recommend this hotel nor would come back. The only reason I’d put the 2nd star on the review is because of the personnel. The staff is helpful and polite.

Porquería de hotel...!!!De empezar te quitan las mesas del restaurante, en alberca no hay camastro y sillas suficientes y a ellos les da igual si te quedas parado o no. Limpieza horrible, hay cucarachas las habitaciones, y los baños de área común, tapados, sucios y llenos de mier... Comida nada variada, diario hay lo mismo en el área de snaks, si eres mexicano te limita o dan preferenciaa darle el servicio al extranjero En los restaurantesdicen que no necesitas reservacion, pero cuando acudes ya no hay cupo y de la peor forma que vayas a otro, pero eso si a los norteamericanos y extranjeros no se les niega absolutamentenada, aclaro no tengo nada contra ellos, ellos por si mismos en su mayoría son agradablesNo lo recomiendo para nada, sus instalacionesestán mal, sin focos habitaciones y los azulejos se mueven, siempre te dejan sin toallas orillas a pedir diario

La suite estaba en excelentes condiciones, muy limpia, agradable, las camas muy cómodas, servibar en la habitación, plancha, secadora para el pelo, y el servicio de limpieza acudió todos los días de mi estancia. Cuenta con 2 restaurantes buffet uno italiano y un snack, los empleados muy amables y cuidando que estés agusto, la alberca suficientemente grande y limpia, la playa muy cuidada. Mi experiencia fue 100% agradable

Recently stayed at this resort at the end of 2021. Pool and beach were great. Food was horrible! After the 5th day my family didn't even want to try to eat it or find something that was edible. We all got sick from the food over the course of the 12 days.Won't not return for this reason. On the last day flight was at 5pm, check out is 12pm. Resort staff were not accommodating, did not want to provide food or drink after check out time.

I don’t know why this place has so many good reviews. The all inclusive isn’t worth it at all, drinks are extremely watered down and food is terrible compared to any restaurant in town. If you aren’t local you will be treated like garbage by the bartenders and staff, a few staff are great but i can count them on 2 fingers. Front desk will charge you an arm and a leg if you lose a bracelet or any cards. Honestly a terrible experience and I recommend looking elsewhere when you come to Puerto Vallarta.

The hotel is old and needs to be fixed up. Our rooms shower would leak alot on too the floor everytime we showered. We complained to the front desk and they came and checked it out but all they said was oh yeah its like that, just put a towel down. The bathroom has mold and cracking walls because of the water. The pool also needs to be repaired, the pool has chipped tiles and my son and three other guest on different days cut there feet while in the pool. Instead of worrying if my son was OK they quickly came with a a paper to sign saying I released them of any liability. The food was OK at best, not a lot of variety. I won't be coming back. The only reason we didn't leave was I didn't want to pack everything up and it was OK but not worth what I paid for.

Um lindo resort com muitas comodidades para mantê-lo se divertindo o tempo todo. A equipe é de primeira qualidade, eles são simpáticos, profissionais e trabalhadores. Você realmente não poderia pedir mais. As vistas dos quartos são fantásticas e a área da praia é perfeita. Ótima piscina com bar aquático. A comida aqui é uma das melhores comidas de resort que eu já comi. Este lugar é perfeito para famílias visitarem.

El hotel esta bien ubicado, a 10 min del malecón, la comida es sabrosa, no hay mucha variedad pero lo suficiente para una estancia de 4 - 6 días.Las habitaciones son cómodas así como los colchones, almohadas y a/c.Las bebidas son las denominadas de "batalla", pero en relación calidad-precio son aceptables.Me gusto que "todo" el personal es muy atento y servicial.Las actividades del hotel son muy amenas.

After reading the reviews on here I was skeptical, but I found most of them to be not accurate. I am writing this review from my room with only a day left at the lovely resort. Upon entry the bell hop and valet was super nice, check-in was quick and easy and the rooms very welcoming. The buffet was good most nights but I definitely didn’t like the oriental night at all, seaside grill was good and my all time favorite was the taco place. Disappointed that there was no food at the pool and poolside grill never opened our whole stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the entertainment was a ton fun. Each night there is fireworks in the bay from the balcony of the rooms (I believe it was the pirate ship). Room service you can’t just pay for one night you have the pay $35usd for each night and the whole stay and wifi you have to pay for as well. If I were to do a family resort again I would definitely choose this one. This is a super friendly resort and there are lots of kids ( I will probably do adults only from here on out but hassle a 17 yr old with me this visit)

A very beautiful resort with many amenities to keep you having fun the whole time you're here. The staff is top notch, they are friendly, professional, and hardworking. You really couldn't ask for more. The views from the rooms are amazing and the beach area is perfect. Great swimming pool with a swim up bar. The food here it's some of the best resort food I'd ever had. This place is perfect for families to visit.

Depois de ler todos os comentários aqui, eu estava um pouco esboçado para ficar neste resort. Sou uma pessoa muito exigente, mas fiquei agradavelmente surpreendido, especialmente pelo custo! Todo o resort por dentro e por fora foi mantido muito limpo. É um prédio desatualizado, mas nosso quarto e as áreas comuns eram muito limpos. Excelente vista do mar e da piscina do nosso quarto. A comida não é tão incrível, mas definitivamente não era horrível. Parecia comida básica de resort. O restaurante italiano tinha a melhor comida. Se quiser um jantar especial fantástico, saia do resort. Além disso, as bebidas não são diluídas se você explicar como deseja que sua bebida seja feita e não apenas obter a bebida do dia. Bebi muito bem! Também o entretenimento na piscina e noite foi incrível! Toda a equipe de entretenimento era a melhor. Nossos favoritos eram Mar e Mini Cooper !! A única recomendação seria que o bar aquático seja apenas para adultos e que eles façam um pouco mais de limpeza das laterais da piscina. Mas no geral realmente gostei da minha estadia!

After reading all the reviews on here I was a little sketched out to stay at this resort. I am a very picky person but I was pleasantly surprised especially for the cost! The whole resort inside and out was kept very clean. It’s an outdated building but our room and the common areas were very clean. Great view of ocean and pool from our room. Food isn’t that amazing but definitely was not awful. Seemed like basic resort food. The Italian restaurant had the best food. If you want a fantastic special dinner then go out of resort. Also drinks are not watered down if you explain how you want your drink made and not just get the drink of the day. I had very good drinks! Also the entertainment at the pool and night was awesome! The whole entertainment crew was the best. Our favorites were Mar and Mini Cooper!! Only recommendation would be that the swim up bar only be for adults and that they do a little more cleaning of sides of pool. But overall really enjoyed my stay!

First time in Puerto Vallarta and first time at an all inclusive resort. Overall I guess we would give it a 3.4 star if we could, but four star is a stretch. Location was good, beach was good, food was so so. Lots of people so expect crowds. Room cleaning was okay. Tips help to get the fridge filled. Good options for boating activities right from the beach at good prices. The attention to detail wasn't there as we've had at other resorts but maybe that is a difference with an all inclusive resort. We would stay again but may also look at other options.

I don’t usually write reviews but I feel it’s important. Overall I was disappointed. It’s a lot of $ and time to make a trip like this a reality. Unfortunately I was unhappy with Sunscape. The 2 stars are for the maid service which was top notch and food was good. One of the problems was they were so short staffed that by the time you went through the food line and sat down your food was cold. The other part was always trying to sell or something and not giving up wanting us to buy into their timeshare type deal. It’s a lot for us to take a week off work and go on vacation the last thing we want to do is be bugged over and over to go to their meeting about selling us something. I will never stay there again.And lastly we’ve stayed at other resorts where the pool is slightly hate it it doesn’t have to be a warm bath water but it was freezing cold.

Eu e minha família ficamos no Sunscape para um casamento. Foi a primeira vez que fiquei em um hotel com tudo incluído e paguei pelo quarto de banho com vista para o mar e eu acho que tudo foi ótimo, no entanto, eu experimentei 2 situação infeliz. 1. no dia do casamento eu tive um problema com a organizadora do casamento do hotel, ela mentiu sobre algo que aparentemente estava estragado e mais tarde ela mudou a história ... me deixou muito triste porque foi um presente que fiz para os noivos . 2. Esqueci um par de sapatos / cunhas no hotel (que usei durante o casamento) e estava esperando que minha irmã os trouxesse de volta (ela saiu alguns dias depois de mim), mas "aparentemente" as pessoas no hotel nunca os encontrou ... então eu não sei o que pensar depois da minha primeira vez com eles ... eles mentiram sobre meus sapatos também ??? Todos os funcionários do hotel foram ótimos, mas devido a essas duas coisas, acho que não voltarei a este hotel no futuro: /

29 de dezembro - 5 de janeiro de 2021 Esta foi uma decisão de última hora, por isso não houve muita pesquisa neste resort, mas ficamos agradavelmente surpreendidos. Havia 5 adultos que foram e do check-in para o check-out foi tudo muito bom. Não é um grande resort, uma grande piscina com um bar aquático, que nós não entramos porque estava bastante lotado ao redor da piscina. Parecia um monte de espreguiçadeira e parecia divertido. A praia é onde passamos a maior parte do nosso tempo ... Sempre tem espreguiçadeiras, o serviço de praia foi ótimo! Eddy na praia é o seu cara para reservar qualquer excursão ... Nós fizemos a viagem noturna de navio pirata .. Foi tão incrível! Os quartos são básicos, nada extravagante. A comida no resort era excelente !!! Não importa onde ou a que horas, sempre foi fantástico. O pequeno café-bar também era excelente. As bebidas eram boas, (muito boas, algumas noites!). Suas ambiciosas precauções foram muito boas, de qualquer forma fomos cuidadosos. Este é também um resort infantil (que não sabíamos) parecia que eles tinham um clube infantil incrível e uma grande piscina e área de atividades para as crianças. Grande experiência geral.

O lugar era limpo, mas precisa de uma pequena atualização. O café da manhã foi a melhor refeição do dia. Os garçons foram super simpáticos e muito atentos às nossas necessidades. Belo cenário para refeições. Nós gostamos do mini parque aquático para crianças com pequenas cadeiras de tamanho infantil! Eu gostava que o hotel tivesse pequenas lojas e um spa. Muito conveniente se você precisa de coisas e não quer sair do hotel. Todos nós temos pedicure e manicure. A única parte realmente chata foi tentar encontrar a entrada do hotel durante a construção. Nós tínhamos nosso próprio carro, mas era muito mais fácil chamar um táxi quando queríamos sair. O hotel tem dois restaurantes principais, um snack-bar, três bares e um café. A área do cinema era como um lounge ao lado do bar. Eles lhe dão um saco de pipoca fresca 🍿 enquanto você se senta para assistir ao filme.

Dec 29 - January 5, 2021 This was a last minute decision, so not a lot of research went into this resort, but we were pleasantly surprised. There were 5 adults that went and from check in to check out it was all very smooth. It's not a big resort, one big pool with a swim up bar, which we didn't go in as it was quite crowded around pool. Seemed to alot of sun chaise and it looked like fun. The beach is where we spent most of our time... Always got loungers, beach service was great! Eddy on the beach is your guy to book any excursions... We did the pirate ship night trip.. Was so awesome!! The rooms are basic, nothing fancy. The food at the resort was Excellent!!! No matter where or what time it was always fantastic. The little coffee bar was excellent as well. Drinks were good, (too good, a few nights!). Their covid precautions were pretty good, we were careful anyway. This is also a kids resort (which we didn't know) it looked like they had an awesome kids club and a great pool and activity area for the kids. Overall great experience.

Me and my family stayed at Sunscape for a wedding. It was my first time staying at an All inclusive hotel and paid for the Ocean View suit room and I I think everything was great, however, I experienced 2 unfortunate situation. 1. the day if the wedding I had a situation with the hotel wedding planner, she lied about something that apparently was damaged and later on she changed the story... made me so sad because this was a gift I made for for the newlyweds. 2. I forgot a pair of shoes/wedges at the hotel (which I wore during the wedding) and was hoping my sister will bring those back with her (she left a few days after I did) but “apparently” the people at the hotel never found them... so I don’t know what to think after my first instance with them... did they lie about my shoes as well??? All hotel staff were great but due to this 2 things I don’t think I will be back to this hotel in the future :/

Place was clean, but needs a little updating. The breakfast was the best meal of the day. Waiters were super nice 👌 and very attentive to our needs. Beautiful setting for meals. We liked the kids mini water park with little child sized chairs! I liked that the hotel had little stores and a spa. Very convenient if you need things and don't want to leave the hotel. We all got pedicures and manicures. The only really annoying part was trying to find the hotel entrance during construction. We had our own car but it was much easier to just call a 🚖 cab when we wanted to go out. The hotel has two main restaurants, a snack bar, three bars, and a coffee bar. The movie area was like a lounge right next to the bar. They give you a bag of fresh popcorn 🍿 while you sit to watch the movie.

Comprendo la situación de contingencia y las medidas que se les impusieron a los hoteles para operar, sin embargo, el menú no era variado, los frijoles estaban salados. Nos asignaron habitación hasta que "nos pusimos violentos", se la pasaban diciendo "en media hora, en 20 minutos", etc.No volveremos a ese lugar tan poco amable.

En plena época de Coronavirus me pareció un excelente lugar. Sin pulseras,tarjetas de toalla o cualquier otro distintivo que incomoda a los huespedes... El agua de las albercas está fría, el parque acuático infantil entretiene perfectamente a la bendiciones (aún con el agua helada). Los restaurantes tienen buena comida y variedad y lo mejor del caso es que no hay que hacer reservaciones!

Nos hospedamos aquí con un paquete turístico de todo incluido, todo muy bien, habitaciones limpias cómodas, todos los servicios, 4 restaurantes, la comida buena,pero la recepción es muy tardada, unos 40 min y te cobran cargo extra por wifi

The only reason for one star were the employees Delilah, Jose Luis, and Joaquin. Hardest working employees and best customer service. Other than that I suggest look elsewhere for accommodations in beautiful Puerto Vallarta.

Férias com a minha mulher com tudo incluído (a sério). Vê-se que sabem trabalhar com o turista porque o pessoal é altamente qualificado, sempre atento às necessidades do cliente. Comida de primeira escolha, diferente de alguns lugares onde os turistas são obrigados a comer comida de má qualidade, tudo é perfeito aqui. Cozinha local disponível, uma maravilha que esperamos retornar em breve, pois ficou em nossos corações.

Minha estadia foi incrível! Foi a minha primeira estadia com tudo incluído e não fiquei desapontada. A equipe foi ótima, muito atenciosa e prestativa. A comida era deliciosa e oferecia uma culinária autêntica e ocidental, minha boca ainda enche de água quando penso nos tacos do restaurante mexicano do local. Era muito limpo e o entretenimento noturno era de alto nível! Com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente!

Sin dudarlo volvería a regresar al hotel, excelente servicio, excelente comida y lindas instalaciones 🥰 lo recomiendo ampliamente. Sus habitaciones son muy cómodas y tienen una decoración muy linda. La comida en todos los restaurantes es muy rica pero sin duda recomendó más ir a cenar al restaurante de comida italiana. Una de las bebidas que recomiendo son las margaritas de mango y sin alcohol las panteras rosas. Tienen una playa muy linda y muy limpia al igual que la alberca. Por último el personal del lugar está muy bien capacitado y son personas muy amables.

My stay was amazing! It was my first all inclusive stay and I was not disappointed. The staff was great, very attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and offered authentic and western cuisine, my mouth still waters when I think about the tacos in the Mexican restaurant on site. It was very clean and the nightly entertainment was top notch! I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel harasses you with high pressure sales people the moment you check in. They are not respectful of the fact you might be tired and want to go to your room. So expect a hostage taking when you arrive. The food is okay and the servers are not happy to be there. If you make reservations for the gym or any activity, expect that your reservation will be given away, even if you have confirmed multiple times. Also, expect no compensation or accountability to be taken by the hotel for their errors. Furthermore, if things need fixing in the room you will typically have to ask multiple times for them to be corrected. I have stayed in several resorts in Puerto Vallarta and this resort was very disappointing. I do not recommend staying here and I would not stay again.

Muy buenas instalaciones, area de piscinaexcelente, no estuve all include asi que mo se qie tal la comoda6,pues estuve en condomar, muy buen apartamemto vista al mar con todo lo necesario para disfrutar la estancia, y miy bien localizado al lado de La Isla, Chedarui y Soriana cerca, volveria, solo recomiendo mejorar las palapas y camastros del.area de playay

Just a lost day because they denied the 🧳 luggage resguard, but they actually do with other people. Other hotels even hostels don't care about storage luggage for a couple hours in the meantime of your checkout and flight departure. Bit here they do only with special guests, as you can notice in the photos they do for others. I never do bad reviews on anything but thanks for giving me the time to write about it and the rude service on reception and service people since I noticed we were not the only ones that restrict pass to some hotel areas while we stay here.

Las instalaciones están bien, las habitaciones muy cómodas y agradables, solo falta cuiden su limpieza ( bajo camas),también área de albercas. Muy buena atención por meseros y animadores. La comida bufete no tan buena y falta más variedad, pero en restaurantes a la carta y el Italiano delicioso no dejen de visitarlo excelente comida y atención. Felicitaciones a Miguel, Caro área alberca y Marcos el animador, y la hermosa Cubana que olvidé su nombre.

Sunscape itself is located in a beautiful place. If you are staying in a hotel or renting a condo in the complex on higher floors, you'll probably get amazing views of the sunset and ocean.Hotel staffs on the other hand are super annoying, therefore 1 star less.

No i don't recommend this hotel food sucks drinks are water down some workers are unprofessional and the hotel likes to charge additional charges only the Americans the rooms smell

The place was nice ..the wait staff nice. But Mexicans don't like Americans. They think We don't work hard and the government pays for everything. They think they work harder then we do.. They think there culture is better...the town was rich Mexicans and the poor they don't help. It was dirty smelly. The water was always cloudy with mud or plankton...which means too much pollution...we will never go back..

Great resort, lots of scheduled events for whole family. Rooms were comfortable, minor maintenance could be done. Very clean, and staff are friendly and very helpful. Great view from balcony, beds were comfortable. Evening shows are always good to watch before calling it a night, with a couple last drinks before bed. Food is good, lots of options no matter the diet or allergies.

People are nice and obliging, likely the best aspect. Rooms leave much to be desired. Not all 'oceanview' rooms are actually oceanview, do not be deceived. They may be in transition with renovations but rooms smell like mold/mildew, furniture is old, TVs outdated, most programs are in Spanish, nothing special, luxurious, or fancy about this 'resort', not even the restaurants. It's simply, affordable. There are many in quick fixes that have been done and are very visible within the rooms. A/C knows nothing but freezing and shower water knows nothing but piping hot. Also, nothing about the resort is Adults Only (rooms, pools, restaurants, etc) in case that is a deciding factor for anyone.

What a horrible experience! They had the resort shut down for 2 days (as in, couldn't go past the lobby - no pool, no beach, no smoking area, nothing). Another day, they had the only smoking area shut down for yet another event. The food was terrible, and mostly inedible. They only refilled water in your room if you paid the $20us/day for the "VIP" experience. I have been to other all-inclusive resorts before, this is out of the norm. The shower was terrible, it kept going between too hot, and freezing cold. The maids ignored to "do not disturb" sign. The elevators kept breaking down. They did not allow guests to actually turn on the AC in their rooms (we were a group of 50, this was a very common complaint). The "ocean view" was actually a view of the pool. I would recommend that anyone stay far, far away from this place.

My family loved the day pass. My husband and I did not purchase the pass and we were treated VERY poorly. In fact, like criminals. I asked if my sister could hold my backpack while we rode jetskis and they vehemently denied that request. My sister did hold our wallets and passports and when we came back to get them the lady "guarding" the pool called the security/police and wanted to detain us! Fortunately, calmer heads prevailed and we just walked away. Not a great contribution to our Thanksgiving day or vacation.

Rooms and resort clean and decently maintained. Food in buffet good, Seaside grill excellent, ticks taco ok. Drinks were decent, great cappuccinos and coffee at the coffee bar. Good entertainment...
