“Bad, no minibar, no service, no room service, staff at the bar are really arrogant ! and at the réception this morning at 09.30am (the 08.11.21) the girl didnt ask if our stay was ok, actually she didnt even talk to us, no thank you, no bye nothing, I dont get the concept of this place, pay rhe same price as any other hôtel but with no service at all...”

“Really Really Really BAD!!! Service is a word they dont know!, no water in the room, no room service, empty minibar,nothing to eat if you are hungry after 11pm. Breakfast is poor wity really bad product, every time you ask for a soft drink is a 10minutes wait...this is not a 4 stars hotel, barely a 2 stars I would never go back, its sad coz the deco is super nice but the staff is very under trained, and there is no service at all, room are just clean, not spotless and the area is really bad, far from the center where you can have a way better accommodation for the same price and a real service”
