“The WORST HILTON experience I have ever had. I paid over $200 for my stay. I was supposed to stay 2 nights but upon check in I was disgusted. From the time I arrived with luggage you could see stains all over the carpet thru the hallway. The hallway reeked of pee and elevators were dirty. Once I arrived to my room there was broken glass in the corner. The bathtub was dirty with a marks, not enough towels provided. I called the front desk to complain and ask for a room change. The beds were small and I could only imagine what was crawling under the sheets. Worst experience ever 1They could not change my room nor give a refund. This is more of a MOTEL 8 do not sleep here.”
