“Worst customer service ever. I would give cero, for the moment we got there everything was horrible, they go confused with our reservation and made us wait in the lobby forever without even offering g a glass of water. We left early I. The morning and by the time we got back to it 4pm still no room cleaning HORRIBLE ! No one apologized to us , the manager was never in to complaint or talk, I will never go back to this place. Last but not least to apologize they decided to leave in our room that was more than 80 degrees ham and cheese in a plate omg ! Really ?! Zero delicacy, like no one care at all.”

“El hotel está ubicado en una posición estratégica, donde puedes moverte fácilmente por el corredor Viaducto de Oriente a Poniente o por el de Insurgentes hacia el sur o al norte, además de estar dentro de la zona Hipódromo-Condesa y cruzando viaducto, en la zona Nápoles-Del Valle.Los accesos son tranquilos ymuy ágiles, el diseño del hotel tiene buena distribución y se siente un ambiente muy despejado, súper útil para estos tiempos de contingencia sanitaria.Las amenidades son suficientes y el estándar de cualquier hotel business class de buena categoría.Los precios son accesibles y el tienen checkout express. Los accesos desde el elevador son con la tarjeta del cuarto.El único inconveniente que se encuentra, pero que es en general de la zona, es que el desagüe en ocasiones llega a tener un olor fuerta, pero se arreglar poniendo la toalla de piso sobre la coladera de la regadera.Tiene buena vista y ubicación privilegiada, sin duda me hospedaré de nuevo.”
