Hotel bem localizado, perto do metro e das principais atrações. Novo, moderno e bem cuidado. O quarto é pequeno mas aconchegante. Equipe muito simpatica. Sem café da manhã, mas ao lado de uma oima padaria e de um otimo restaurante italiano. Voltaria com certeza. Recomendo.

Bem localizado. Fica na Chinatown, então nos arredores é bem movimentado e animado principalmente a noite. Perto dos principais pontos turísticos. Com várias opções de restaurantes e shopping próximo. Metrô fica em frente e tem um supermercado ao lado. O quarto é pequeno mas confortável. Não tem café incluído.

Só não dou 5 estrelas pq reservei quarto pra 03 e me colocaram num pra 02....dormimos todos (1 casal e uma criança de 11 anos) na mesma cana, e não era nem queen

Quarto pequeno, mas suficiente. Localização é boa, bem perto de trem, mercado, café e restaurantes. Rua é movimentada, então há ruído no quarto. Nada que atrapalhe muito.

A nice, stripped-down hotel in walking distance of the Mall. This is a micro-hotel so the rooms are small and simple, but well laid out and have everything you need conveniently-located within the tiny room. Bonus points for room controls with option of remote control! The beds are very comfortable. And the best feature: helpful staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home! Now for some less-than ideal things to be aware of: The toilet amenities are really nice, but there are no extras like Q-tips or cotton balls (not really a big deal). The biggest issue is there is no valet - which they DO let you know in advance via e-mail. You can self-park at a nearby garage, but it is deserted on lower levels and if you are arriving late it can be a creepy place to wander around alone at night. And if you don't arrange parking in advance the fees are super-high. Based on their signage I thought I would be paying $27/day - but no, it was $27 day + $27 overnight = $54. Higher than many high-end hotels. So be warned and definitely lock in the preferred rate via the hotel app ahead of time! All in all a nice option in downtown DC!

This is a trendy, casual-upscale pod hotel in downtown DC. The neighborhood is charming albeit rough around the edges, but DC is a large urban city so it's to be expected. Alexandria was incredibly welcoming during check-in, handing me a map of the city, dinner recommendations, and a free glass of wine since I was in town celebrating my birthday. Room was cozy and inviting despite being the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in, that's not an easy thing to accomplish. The bar upstairs is also an excellent option for when you've had your fun for the day and don't exactly want to stop, but don't wanna stay out partying either. Service and drinks are fantastic up there.

Isabel was great! She was so helpful during check-in. Rooms are small so it was great for just me. If you decide to stay with another person, make sure you really like them. You might be bumping into each other more frequently than you would in a normal size hotel. The room was clean and other staff members were also attentive. Great stay for the price!

Be aware that the rooms are 150 square feet. They are basically the size of the Queen bed. And the bathrooms are basically the size of a walk in shower. For us it was fine because we knew we weren't going to be in the room very long except for sleeping/getting ready. There isn't room to just leave your suitcase open and there are no dressers to unpack.The location was great for being a tourist. Right across from the Chinatown Red Line, next to the Capitals Stadium, and walking distance to the National Mall.

The hotel itself was great. But man, was it loud outside. Cars were revving their engines at 1 am. I would say if you are a light sleeper, then don’t come to this hotel. But, if you don’t mind the noise, then this is a good spot for you. Edit: i updated my review to a 4 star from a 3 star. The staff was so great! They really accommodated our needs despite the noise outside.

It was an amazing short stay hotel! Nice basement bar and rooftop bar. Rooms had no room to put your luggage in dressers you live out of your suitcase but the amenities and stuff close by made it all worth the while for our 4 day stay!!! Definitely recommend this place. Street performers at train station 2 min away made it so nostalgic and worth the experience of DC! Did a night tour of all the historical views and was a never before experience!!! A must go away!

Very nice hotel with a great central location. This hotel may not be for everyone due to the small room size (similar to most European hotels), but the rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. They have a cool rooftop bar and a great Whiskey Bar in the lower level. Great front desk staff (especially Martin) and bar staff, everyone is friendly and accommodating. No on site parking, but the parking garage is close by.

Even with the rooms being as small as they were, it didn't make the stay not enjoyable. For the size, it was laid out rather well and even gave space to put your luggage and shoes under the bed and out of the way. I wished the beds had been slightly larger, but it was still a rather nice room. Also, being able to control the lights and temperature of the room after getting in bed after a long day was a nice little plus. The staff were all very welcoming and answered any questions to the best of their ability. I don't think I've ever encountered staff as customer friendly as this one. It's definitely a pleasant experience in a great location.

A mí y a mi esposa nos agrado mucho el servicio brindado por el personal del Hotel; Martin, Kristina y Helen nos ayudaron, todos estaban prestos a un excelente servicio. Todos fueron muy amables y nos guiaron inclusive por donde movernos en la ciudad. La habitación muy limpia y ordenada, artículos de aseo adecuados, iluminación genial. La ubicación del Hotel es super estratégica, te mueves alrededor del hotel y encuentras todos lugares para tours. Nos fuimos muy bien atendidos. To my wife and me, service given by staff were very kind; we received great information about the DC City. They can help ypu in spanish and english, that was nice. Room very well iluminated, accesible,personal hygiene products available. Hotel´s Location is key, you can move around in order to start your tour. All atractions, museums, restaurants, strores and so on, are close to hotel, and you can do them on foot.

El servicio es excelente. Hay que tener en cuenta que funciona bajo el concepto de micro hotel. En el chequeo fuimos atendidos por Geraldine, una joven de origen hispano, quien nos ayudó en todo momento debido a que mi esposa y yo no hablamos inglés. Geraldine nos facilitó el ingreso, nos dio recomendaciones sobre los sitios a dónde ir en la ciudad. En resumen, si su presupuesto es ajustado, puede quedarse en este hotel con confianza. Además la ubicación es muy buena. Se puede ir caminando a los principales sitios de interés y la estación del metro queda a escasos pasos.

Hotel situado a la entrada del barrio chino, acogedor y cómodo, desayunos caros y habitaciones pequeñas y recogidas, baño es mas pequeño aún y con excasa privacidad de cara a la habitación. Lainsonorización hacia la calle es pésima, te dejan en la mesita de noche unos tapones para los oídos amablemente. La limpieza es buena. El precio es óptimo.

Habitación pequeña. Pero perfecta todo muy limpio. Los empleados muy atentos y amables en todo momento, pero lo mejor de todo es la ubicación puedes ir a muchísimos lugares caminando como a la casa Blanca como a 15 minutos. Además de eso está en Chinatown hay mucha variedad de comida cerca, farmacias, cafetería. Y hasta la estación del metro.

Very nice, clean, young and safe hotel. Beds are comfortable and I loved that they don't produce too much waste on shampoos or soaps. Enough space to be there and close to many important places. Es un lugar con buen ambiente, agradable, LIMPIO con camas esponjositas y cómodas. Me encantó que no desperdician shampoo y jabones. Tiene el espacio suficiente para llegar a descansar y acomodar tu ropa. Está céntrico y puedes recorrer casi todo D. C., caminando y no te alejas de este hotel.

La ubicación es increíble, pudimos caminar a todos lados. El precio me parece muy bueno, justo lo que necesitas.Las habitación limpia. Tuvimos una en todo el frente del ascensor, pensé que iba a tener muchísimo ruido pero no. Estuvimos en el piso 4 la ventana no tenía ninguna vista pero par nosotros no fue problema. No tuve la oportunidad de visitar el restaurante pero siempre estaba lleno, se ve que es muy bueno.
