“Excelente atendimento geral. Restaurantes Excelentes. Limpeza dos quartos boa. Bom kit de "amenities." Instalações limpas, O Hotel é maravilhoso, funcionários impecáveis no atendimento de uma forma geral. Tive problemas ao checar ao hotel, reservamos um quarto frente mar com varanda, não haviam quartos disponíveis e me colocaram num quarto de categoria inferior. Para amenizar o problema, me ofereceram ao final de muita negociação acesso à área "Premier" , uma garrafa de tequila e devolução da diferença entre os apartamentos. sendo este ultimo, eu teria que entrar em contato com a Operadora de viagens para solicitar o reembolso. Mas para nossa surpresa, O Hotel não sinalizou junto à operadora a devolução do dinheiro prometido. O que me fez reduzir á três pontos a experiência que poderia ter sido 5 Estrelas.”
