“El hotel después de la pandemia bajo la cantidad de cervezas, hay menos marcas, menos variedad del comidas en el bufet. Por lo general hay que hacer colas y esperar para cenar en los demás restaurantes, ( que si son buenos) comida del chef es recomendable, se espera pero es muy buena la comida. El punto a mejorar es el manejo del sargazo, el hotel no tiene salida lateral, entonces todo el sargazo queda estancado en la playa, haciendo imposible estar en la playa por el mal olor del Sargazo podrido. No usan máquinas, solo rastrillos con personal que se esfuerza para poder limpiar. Yo estuve una semana completa y no sacaron nunca el Sargazo. El hotel se llueve entero, le falta mantenimiento, zona de lobby, restaurantes, se ve que pandemia de por medio quedó abandonado.”

“So far this resort has been a mess! My first room would not cool. Housekeeping opened the blind, the room went to 28°C. When I kept asking for a new room, it took 3 hours and they switched me. That room had a light dripping water. They sent someone to look at immediately. I watched him pull 3 soaking wet towels out of the ceiling. This was at 10pm.... And they wanted me to move all my luggage at that time so they could rent my old room out. No one will stay in there and if they do, the same issue will happen again! I am going diving today, we will see how it is when I get back........ Stay tuned!”
